I actually haven't been here, but I'm posting this for future reference or in case anyone else has comments on it.

I had hoped to visit this place on my recent trip, but I only had the cross street information at the time, none of the cab drivers were familiar with it, and they wanted 300 DOP to take me to the intersection, so I passed.

Later on I got their business card from a tout, but I also found some information indicating it was a daytime venue along the lines of GBP, but with a poor selection and bad attitudes. I decided to pass on this trip, but I might check on it in the future.

The business card says they are open 24hrs, but I would call before going to make sure as I read it was daytime only. You also want to verify they are still operational as there have been other recent venue closures in Santo Domingo.
