Referred to by most locals and regulars as "High Caribe", the High Caribbean Disco is the largest and most popular place to pick up freelancing working ladies in Sosua. High Caribbean is located on the east end of Pedro Clisante shortly after where the road curves to the north before connecting to Alejo Martinez. Click here for a link to a map I created for Sosua. High Caribbean is the red #3 on the map.
I did not confirm operating hours, but I believe the High Caribbean opens around 10pm, but possibly earlier for special events. The disco really usually does not fill up until 11:30pm or later.
When you arrive, you'll see a large number of motorcycle drivers waiting out front to offer rides to guests that are leaving. A ticket booth is located to the immediate left of the entrance. As of December 2003, cover is 50 pesos ($1.40 US), but was 350 pesos ($9.72 US) during a concert I attended. The exchange rate during my stay averaged 36 pesos to the dollar.
A large part of the room consists of a dance floor in the center. A short distance to the right are some steps that lead to a small balcony level and the DJ booth. Two large bars can be seen ahead and to the right past the stairs, while a smaller bar is visible to the immediate left. Between the small bar and the bar ahead is a bride spanning part of a pool that continues outside, with exits near both ends of the bridge.
The restrooms are on the left outside, in a building just past the exit near the small bar. Another small bar beneath a gazebo is located in front of the right side exit, and to the right of this is a covered area containing a small restaurant and bar. A large illustrated menu took up a large portion of the wall between bottles of booze and the entrance to the kitchen.
The ladies are freelance and may quote whatever figure they want, but you can probably expect them to quote anywhere from 1500 pesos ($42 US) to $100 US or more. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, it is probably best to settle on a price and period of time before leaving.
Pros: Best selection, spacious, restaurant
Cons: Location, more professionals

During my last trip to Sosua (9/04), I was told that this placed was closed. Can anyone who has been there more recently confirm the status of this establishment? Thanks.

I was there around 4/05 and it was still closed. Unclear as to whether it was to re-open.
