Elegant Center is located at Pasteur #17 between Avenida Independencia and George Washington in the Gazcue district. It's on the east side of the street about mid-block, two units down from massage parlor "Cisne" (which many people mistakenly refer to as "Pisne" because of the calligraphic letter "C" on the building and business card).

Touts and possibly some taxi drivers will be in front of the builing in the daytime. The touts will give you cards and try to take you to other places or lead you into the building. I'm not sure if that inflates the price you pay, but I'm not sure how you can avoid them. I suppose you can just flat out tell them you don't need them to lead you to the door. They probably will regardless, so you could possibly make it clear that you weren't brought by anyone and use that as a bargaining point. If anyone is able to get a lower price, please post the details including technique and time of day.

After you walk in, you can sit down on some couches in the lobby, or head past the register and into a small bar on the right. Someone will then ring a bell, and all the ladies will come out of the back rooms and stand in front of you, most with seductive looks and smiles. If you are not used to this, it can be a little discomforting as they'll be waiting for you to choose one of them.

I stopped by Elegant Center on my first and last days in Santo Domingo. EC was the most expensive place I visited, quoting me 2800 pesos ($56 US at current exchange rate) for an in-house session, but I thought they had the best daytime selection. I was on a hectic schedule so I didn't do any bargaining, but I was under the impression that I could have probably negotiated a better price. I recommend trying if you have the time.

Both of the ladies I visited provided excellent service which included DFK and BBBJ, but I'm sure service levels vary per the individual ladies. The lady in charge is Diana Rodriguez according to the business card.

Despite the higher price, I recommend Elegant Center as a place to visit due to the available talent.

I had a terrific time here on several occasions. All the ladies provided top notch service, good massage, BBBJ, DFK, extended sessions, etc.

My recommendation for the price is as follows. Act like you have been there before. My understanding is that the lady gets paid a straight 800 pesos no matter how much you pay. (This will all be in my report later as well.)

So if you pay 2800 almost all of that is going to the house except for the 800 to the lady. I paid 2300 on my first visit and 2000 on my second. I talked to the girl and asked how much she got out of that and she said 800. I asked how much the locals pay and she said 1800 total.

They tried to quote me $80 US each time I was there. The second time I said I had been there before and paid 2000 pesos and she never ever blinked. The manager immediately accepted it with no argument and soon I was off with my lady.

Raided by the Police, closed and the propery seized.

This is the place on Pastuer just down from Girls' House (formerly Cisne). It used to be Elegent Center before the massage brothels were closed down.

Similar setup to Girls' House. Bar in the middle of the first floor, with some rooms off of it with chairs and couches. There is an outdoor bar in the back but nobody was out there when I was there at 11:00 PM last night. In fact, I think I was the only guy in the place.

Agressive chicas, the stupid doorman said I could get a girl for DP$2,200. When I said I had just left Mystik after my program with the chica from Girls' House, he didn't seem to understand that if he had offered me a chica for a thousand pesos I would have said no.

I may go back, funny part was as I left the doorman/barker started telling me it was his birthday and I should tip him because of it. Fucking moron.

I stopped by tonight at around 9:00 PM. There were about a dozen girls, probably half of them very acceptable, and only one or two that needed to be avoided.

Then the clincher -- they wanted 3500 pesos for two hours. That's $110.00.

I laughed and laughed. When I wiped the tears from my eyes, the bartender talked to the boss and they came down to 3000 pesos. That's still $94.

It makes perfect sense -- twelve girls standing around, making nothing. Only three customers in the store, and we all left empty-handed. Between the salida, tip, taxis, drinks, and the ridiculous guest fee at the hotel (or a cabana charge), and whatever tab the girl runs up to drink at the hotel/cabana, you're looking at close to $200.

Absolutely no way. At 2000 or even 2500 pesos, there would be a steady stream of customers. But they'd rather make nothing than take some money home.

Maybe they are Hombre Plus members at the Sky High Club, or maybe something else, I don't know. But for whatever reason, pricing was reasonable last night.

I refer to this club as the Casa of Large Breasted Women. That's what I was looking for last night, and I wasn't disappointed.

After shooing away the piranhas, I settled down with my bottle of water and waited to make eye contact with Maelin (not a typo). She was very light-skinned, long reddish-brown hair, and a fabulous looking rack. We got to talking and fondling and kissing, and we finally agreed to leave for my apartment.

The price: 2500 pesos. Fair, market-wise for what they're selling there.

Back in the apartment, Maelin was a stellar performer. The rack turned out to be store-bought, but that turned out well, as I was worried about sag once the dress came off. No worries; no sag.

We did what we had to do, and I was so excited by not being ripped off at the club and the excellent service, I tipped her lavishly, got her number, and sent her on her way.

When I guessed that she was 25, she told me 'more or less', so she's probably pushing 30. That's outside of my usual age range, but in this case I had no objections. I might even repeat with her.

Oh, and there were other customers in the club -- go figure. You don't rip people off and then they shop in your store!

I was bored last night, and was looking to be treated like dirt, so I walked down Calle Pasteur to the Girls' House and Sky High Club.

First, I stopped at hotel Mystik, and they quoted me 700 pesos for two hours and 850 pesos for three hours for a room. I didn't ask, but they probably would try to tax me after that, too.

I walked back towards the Malecon. It wasn't enough that the girls were all calling from the doorway, but one of the touts in front got in my face saying, "chicas, chicas" when I ignored him the first three times. So I went to Sky High instead.

Usually, this is the Casa of the Large Breasted Women. Not so last night. Only about a dozen girls working. Of the three that were stacked, two were way too gorda, and the third didn't get the hint when I told her that I was not interested and please stop rubbing my arm.

Some of the other (non large-breasted) girls were acceptable, but the whole standing in front of you and thinking that if they shake their asses at 100 mph makes them attractive just further disgusted me.

It could have just been the timing (around 10:30), because they have had attractive girls there my last few visits. Always annoying, but attractive.

I paid for my overpriced water, and took a taxi to the $30 blow job place instead.

RT here. It has been a while, so I went by the Sky High Club for my bi-annual disgust-fest.

Granted that it was Sunday night, so it was slow.

I went right to the bar and ordered a bottle of water, with my back pointedly facing the girls, hoping to avoid the group of them shaking all around me. It worked.

I scoped the available girls to/from my trip to the bathroom, and saw no one interesting. Two of the uglier ones stopped me on the way and asked me if I wanted any company. My Spanish wasn't good enough to say, "No thanks, I can hold my own dick while I piss," so I just told them, "No thanks."

Back at the bar, finishing my drink, I saw the bartender walk over to two girls, talk to them, and point to me. They immediately came over, invaded my personal space, and just stared at me. When I asked them "What?", they both replied, "Nothing."

I thanked the bartender, and asked her not to send over any more girls -- I'm perfectly able to solicit whoever I want, if I want to. THIS IS WHY I HATE THIS PLACE: She denied sending them over.

I paid for my bottle of water (RD$100) and left.

Hopefully, I won't forget this visit and not go back for a few months.

For what it's worth, The Sky High Club has a sign posted stating that they've received an exemption to the midnight/2 am no drinks rule.

They are open until 1 am during the week, and 3 am on Friday and Saturday nights.

Not that I'll ever return to Santo Domingo but if I ever did, I would bring some pepper spray into the bars with me. The girls down there are fucking pests, in every sense of the word.

All of the casas had talent above 7 and I saw quite a few high 8's in each one.
