Cisne is located at Avenida Pasteur #21, approximately halfway between Independencia and George Washington on the east side of the street. It is two buildings north of Elegant Center. People often get confused by the name, mistakenly calling it "Pisne" because of the calligraphic "C" shown on the building and business card.

Unlike most places, the ladies didn't come out of a back room, they were all already waiting in the small bar. Most did little to try to attract my attention.

I had a poor session here with an attractive young lady named Karina for 2000 pesos (currently $40 US). Coincidentally, I believe she was the same Karina reported on poorly from another site. Her massage was sloppy and messy, her blowjob covered and light, and although she smiled, the sex was boring and uninspired.

There were two other ladies I found attractive enough to take, but one of them seemed to not have much of a good attitude and the other too large of a stomach. I also found two of the most heavily made-up ladies in the DR here at Cisne.

The rooms were comfortable with a couch to sit on, but unlike most places, didn't have attached bathrooms. You had to leave the room and enter the hall to clean up. I didn't think much of that. I never saw the bathroom as I just wanted to get out after my only poor experience this trip.

I generally don't like to give a thumbs down based upon a single visit to a location, but I just didn't get a very good feel for this place. Regardless, I will likely return here at least one more time to give it another chance.

This place is open again as of March 2006. The sign out front identifies it as "The House of Girls", but the business card identifies it as "The Garden House". I believe there was even a third sign with another name, maybe "The Girls House", but I am not certain.

According to the staff, the place is 24hrs. When I visited in the afternoon, there were about 4 ladies available, only 1 acceptable. I tried again in the evening. The average was higher but I was still only interested in the one, but she was both busy and overweight. The talent at the casas was much better.

The price I was quoted here was 2500 ($78 USD) for four hours, but they were willing to come down to 2000 ($62 USD). I declined.

The Girls House

This place is a half block off of the Malecon. Calle Pasteur is on the left side of the Hotel Intercontinental. Walk down the right side of the street and look for the sign or the number. There are guys in front. This is perfectly safe and easy to walk from most of the Malecon hotels and casinos.

It might have been a regular house at one time, but they gutted the first floor and put in a lot of seating. The bar is on the far left hand side. The were a gaggle of girls in all shapes and sizes, ranging from not so beautiful to pretty. These girls weren't the skinniest I have seen, but with a couple of exceptions, they weren't fat either. We didn't get mobbed, but the ones that we were close to made their presence known. I don't think that I got pricing information, but for some reason, the number 2,500 for take out keeps running through my head. We left after one drink.

This is an ok place, lots of chicas who mob you the minute you enter. Way too aggressive for my tastes but they seemed to finally get the idea to keep their distance. A few white chicas, but most are black, par for the course in Santo Domingo. Beers are DP$150 I think. The bar is in the middle of the first floor, with partial rooms surrounding it with couches and chairs to hang out on.

I was quoted DP$2,500 for 2 hours takeout, on-site doesn't seem doable anymore. However, Hotel Mystik is next door and they have a DP$700 short-time rate.

The girl I took started out great, there are a bunch of couches in different rooms at Girs' House and we spent some time in the darkest one getting to know each other. The first hour at the hotel was good - shower beforehand, decent BBBJ, pretty good fuck in general - but then her water buffalo must have gotten sick because she said she had to go. I said I paid for two hours, but with the sick water buffalo what could I do to stop her from going? Funny part is, she asked for a "propina" several times on the way out but my laughing must have started to get to her as she gave me her number on a napkin to call "for special all-night price" in the future.

I think I wiped my ass with that napkin later that night.

RT here. As of last week, the price was still RD$2,500 for short time (up to two hours). Beers were RD$150, and a bottle of water was RD$100. There is no entrance fee or minimum consumption charge.

I had met Griselda back in November when she worked at The Mansion. She has a friendly attitude, but it was a big party at the Mansion and the girls were not allowed to leave. So when I saw her at the Girls House, my decision was made.

Griselda was a fun and willing partner in bed. There were no fireworks, but she knew what she was doing and was willing to do it with a smile.

She stayed about an hour and 15 minutes, gave me a kiss, and headed back for who knows what. All in all, it was a slightly above-average session -- which for these parts lately -- is outstanding.

Trying to understand payment in the Girl House. You said RD$2500 is for short time. Is this payment to the establishment. And then when you take the girl back to the hotel is there extra payment for her?

About your comment about bringing money.... I was going to take a little cash. About $500. And then use my ATM to pull out cash when I need it. I have travelled in Brazil and the ATM's have never given me trouble. Do you think I will have ATM issue's in Santo Domingo? Do you know of a reliable ATM?

My hotel is Hodelpa Caribe Colonial. Address: C/Isabel La Catolica # 159, Colonial Zone I called them and they said there is $19 for guest.

Also my spanish is very bad. I know some portugues and that might help a little, but I was wondering if you can tell you how to say the following phrases in spanish.
1. I like you to stay all night long.
2. I like passionate tongue kissing.
3. I like you to suck me without condom.

I am guessing these are standard requests to be asked before selecting a girl.

I have never had a problem with the ATMs in the Dominican Republic. You'll get raped trying to change your pesos back to dollars, so don't take out more than you'll really need. One trick I've mastered is to pay for my hotel with whatever local currency I have left, and then charge the difference.

The Hodelpa chain isn't bad. If you're OK with the $20, you're good to go. Please report back on the hotel.

My Spanish isn't the greatest. I mostly get by on my boyish charm, but here's my best shot (I'm sure someone will correct me):

1. I like you to stay all night long. all night = todo la noche
2. I like passionate tongue kissing. tongue kissing = besos con lengua, passionate = apasionado (a)

I sessioned with Griselda again last night (see a few posts back). Everything was pretty much the same, but I did gain one bit of intel...

When I tried to get her to agree to todo la noche in advance for an additional tip, she quoted me a house fee of 5000 pesos (the equivelant of two salidas). Once the shock wore off and I could talk again, Griselda did agree to stay for three hours instead of two at the regular price.

So once again, I learned that everything is negotiable. She's a nice girl and a fun date.

So I'm in the Girl's House, fending off the advances of Griselda. She finally gives up, and I call Paola over. She's 22 and beautiful -- all 93 pounds of her. We finish our drinks and head to the apartment.

For what it's worth, The Girl's House has a sign posted stating that they've received an exemption to the midnight/2 am no drinks rule.

They are open until 1 am during the week, and 3 am on Friday and Saturday nights.

I looked over my comments from previously, the Girls House this trip was a much different experience for me than in the past.

Catocony mentioned it, but I'll stress that you get MOBBED when you enter. Well, they give you about a minute to find a seat, but then they surround you. It was an unusual experience having that many smiling ladies vying for my attention. My first visit was in the afternoon when they had a selection of about 15 ladies. Later in my trip I visited in the evening and was presented with over 30 ladies.

On both visits I was quoted 3500 DOP for two hours, but on the first trip they seemed willing to come down to 3000 DOP. I had other plans. On my second visit I was intent on sessioning here and didn't try to negotiate lower. If it makes a difference, I recommend trying. It was my last day and I was set on a particular lady, so I didn't care much.

Out of all the places I visited, which was almost every one targeted towards tourists and then some, The Girls House would rank in the top 5 for quality of looks and availability.

Did the girl interacted with you for the full two hours?

We were probably together about two hours including the time in the club, but no, not after we got to my hotel. There was no rush to take her out or start the sex, and we did hang out for a little while in my room, but she was ready to leave after the sex and I was ready to let her go. It was late, too.
