CAUTION READERS: This is my first post ever, so please bear with me.

Just returned from another great trip to Boca Chica. A friend of mine who is a dedicated monger in Pattaya went with me and he had a blast.

I found the Chica situation to be very good. There were plenty of nice looking girls available. There were also some that shouldn't have been seen in public. It was not high season yet, so competition amoung the girls was good. Prices were very negotiable. VERY NEGOTIABLE!

You still run into the same ole crap where you negotiate a price for an LT and pretty soon the Chica comes up with a million excuses why she needs to leave early. Just something that I guess we all have to deal with. Maby not. Let me know what you think.

Now for the Hotel situation.

I have always stayed at the Hotel Zapata. Mostly because it is located right on the beach and the price was reasonable. I stayed there this time and it'll probably be my last time for several reasons.

The last time I stayed there, I used a credit card and after I left, Evelyn Zapata used my credit card number to pay for a web site for two months before I got it stopped. While I was there this time, I tried to talk to Roberto Zapata about it and he didn't seem interested. So screw the Zapata.

I also don't like their Guest Policy. They only allow Chicas at night. If you have a Chica, she has to leave early in the morning so the "respectable" guests won't see her. How frign hypocritical can you get. I don't have any problem with them wanting a "respectable" operation; but you can't have it both ways. While I was there, another gentleman came down to eat breakfast with his chica and it caused quite a stir. The solution to his problem was that he had to pay an extra $10 per day for his Chica as a second registered guest. The extra money didn't keep her from looking like a prostitute. How frign hypocritical can you get.

Anyhow. The friend of mine that went to BC with me stayed at the Zapata for two nights and moved on.

He found a new Diamond in the Rough. It's called Hotel Burbujas. It is owned and run by a Greek guy that has lived in The Dominican Republic for the last four years. God! What a guy! He is totally refurbishing the building.

The Burbujas will have a restaurant, a kick ass disco(due to open Nov. 04) and a roof top party area complete with hot tub(roof top should be open Nov. or Dec. 04). The roof top thingie will be strictly for the use of folks like us and their Chicas.

Guys, I think we owe it to Stavros(the owner) to give this place a try. He has good plans for the Hotel Burbujas. He wants to keep it very Chica Friendly. He requires an I.D. from the Chicas and makes a copy of it to use later if she creates any problem. And personally, I have no problem at all with that.

The owners name is Stavros and he's a hell of a nice guy. He even helped my friend negotiate price with a couple of Chicas. He doesn't have a web site yet; but plans on getting one. The hotel is located a couple blocks west of the park on Duarte(the main Chica drag).

Guest friendly. One block from the beach and just about in the middle of all the action. Rates 30 to 35US with A/C and cable. Clean rooms and pretty good bathrooms. Has currently a disco on the ground floor that is the hottest place in town. Though the noise from the disco and street seems to travel into the rooms, so if you like a quiet hotel, pick one away from the main drag/beach as all hotels here are a bit noisy. Has some parking too and the most beautiful clerks.
