Sosua Girl Friendly Hotels?

In the 5 or 4 star range, are there any hotels that are guest friendly (i.e., no fee or at least no exorbitant extra fee)? The Sosua by the Bay looks ok, but from this site it is apparently non-guest friendly. What about some comparable hotels in Sosua or Puerto Plata?
