I remember from my last trip to Santo Domingo, a few years ago - A place called " Casa Rosada " (sp ?) which had a shade better girls than the other casa's. I had a local driver/guide who took me around - Then it was around 800 for ST and 1200 for overnight. I gather things have now changed.

I only go to Sousa and stay in the Palace. Bring in a dozen and there are never any extra charges.
