I have traveled extensively throughout Dominican Republic. My favourite place is Remington's Palace in Santo Domingo. Some of the most georgeous ladies can be found at Remington's for $RD1500 for the entire night, if you get there after 1AM.

There is no pressure at this club. Drink prices are VERY moderate. The owner is even from Queens NY and knows the deal.
Any problem with a lady and he takes care of you. I have never had any problem. I also enjoy Boca Chica. It is very laid back. The talent in Boca has been sporatic the past year. If you are patient, and know where to look...for example in gift shops, banks, and even tourist excursion desks at the hotels.......I have met some gorgeous semi-pros. Generally, the going rate has been $RD500. Perhaps a little more for overnight or for something more exotic.All in all......DR is my home away from home.

What the deal on the hotels now in DR, I had to give a guard $$$ to let me take a girl up to the room, what hotel in SD, let you take girls up with no problems, I also like REMINGTON PLACES, I been going to RIO, for the past few years maybe it time for me to go back to DR if the hotel will let me do mine thing.

I usually stay @ Napolitano. I am told Mercure is 100% chica friendly. Another spot is The Hotel Duque de Wellington. Very clean and guest friendly. If you want luxury you have to bring your chica in with you @ check-in to any of the better $100 plus hotels in Santo Domingo. Your other option is The Cabanas which are The Dominican answer to love motels. They are actually a blast. You never make eye contact with anyone from the cabana. You drive right into a garage.....you get food, Presidente even a condom from a dumb-waiter!All for about $RD500 or $25 US.
I like to do 3-4 days in The Capital and maybe 5 days in Boca Chica. My favorite Hotel in Boca Chica is Costalunga... $35 for a 100% guest friendly suite 5 minutes to Duarte St where all action takes place.

Visited over the 4th of July weekend this past summer. Arrived at approximately midnight and was greeted by about 35 to 45 women. Quality ranged from 3 to 8. Place was very busy with Americans, Germans, and Italians. Price is $1500 pesos with no wiggle room. Had a great evening with a little spinner that could have been no more than 19.

Great place. Club atmosphere inside with many girls paraded by our table as soon as we were seated. Dance floor in center of club. Felt very safe. The girls live on premises but there is no on premises activity allowed. You have to take your choice of girl to either a Hotel or Cabanas which are rented for 4 hour periods. Our hotel, the Jaragua, did not allow girls in the rooms so opted for a cabana, which many are located about ten minute drive from Remington. Girls ranged in quality from 5 to 8 and no negotiation on price. Better exchange rate if you pay in local currency.

I will be spending New Years week in Santo Domingo. I have been out once before for a get-a-way weekend. Did not make it to Remington last time, but after doing a little reserach, it will be a first night stop this time. I understand that it is on Independencia abot 4 blocks west of the Jaragua. I usually walk in Gazcue. I have an address of 625. Is it hard to spot. Also, am I understanding that you can not leave with your girl for the night until 1:00 ?

I read that Remingtons was over priced and not to attentive so when I first arrived in Sainta Domingo "the Capital City" I made my way to other places. I even made a local friend "a street hustler really" who spoke good English and offered to treat him to a night on the town. He brought two women that were probably 6's. This went OK but was a little disappointed.

The next night I decided to give Remington's a try. When I arrived I was bombarded by many beautiful women. I paid the establishment an equivalent of $150 and took her to Intercontinental IV wich said nothing as I entered with this obvious "date".

When we went up to my room it was a great experience. Great BJ, Multiple Positions, etc. I will definitely visit her again if no "WHEN" I return to the DR. If I am ever in Sainta Domingo again I would definitely recommend Remingtons but from what I've heard I'd rather go to Sousa.

Summation: I love the DR and its people. I have fell in love with this place. I would love to visit again with a group to share the experience.

I live in Orlando and often I think it is terrible that you pay so much to get so little here in the US. In the DR they truly understand that guys want an experience.

Remington Palace is located on the south side of Avenida Independencia near where it intersects with Padre Pina (north only). The address is an approximation based on Gitano's post and the building next door to the east which is 622. Even numbers on the south side, so I'm guessing 626. Surprisingly, they were unable to provide a business card when I asked, so I didn't get an exact address or telephone number.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and selection here, but I had higher than average expectations of this place from what I had heard, but in actuality didn't find it anything really special. I prefered the casas I visited (Azul/Rosada,Modelos,Teresa) but Remington would follow closely after that. I found the prices to be in line with most other places I visited.

The first night I visited, the ladies were relatively aggressive in crowding around me, but the second night they only smiled. I didn't leave with anyone the first night, so that might have been the reason why. The second night I spoke with a Jessica Alba lookalike named Raiza, but she only seemed moderately interesting so I ended up with a spunky petite lady instead.

The walk isn't too bad if staying in the Gazcue district, but Remington is evening only so you might take that into consideration as the streets are not that well lit. I did it a couple times, but it should only be a couple dollars or less at the current exchange rate.

If you are walking east from the center of Gazcue, you'll know you just passed it if you reach the Isla Gas Station and Casino across the street. During the day you might miss it unless you are looking for the gated fence with red covering blocking a view of the building during the day, but it's easy to spot at night when the gates are open and the lights are on.

I show that the address of the Remington Palace is Av Independencia 624. The phone number is 809-688-4656 and they are open nightly 9pm to 3am. Actually, it might even be as late as 10pm to 3am. I don't exactly remember the opening time.

If I recall correctly the price was 2000 pesos for takeout. I agree with Vladimir about the atmosphere. I enjoyed hanging out there and enjoyed the company of the friendly ladies.

There is a large dance floor that doesn’t get used much with a big screen or projection screen at the end. The place is big, but was not crowded either night I went there. There was always a large selection of ladies as well. I would estimate there were between 20 and 40 each night.

Saturday nite visit ...first time to this club after 4 years, and still has the best lineup of the others visited, Jazzy, Tabu, Lapsus and Casa Modelos.

At least 40 girls, ended up with a 23 year old, after fending of several other offers of companionship.
Place was crowded this Saturday nite, in fact when I came in the bar was almost empty, and within an hour there was standing room only at the bar area, and most the tables were filing up quickly.
After 12mid the girl is able to stay all nite, before 12 she must return within a few hours, at least this is what I understood her to say and while speaking Spanish sometimes it is hard to interpret especially in a large loud bar.
She suggest we wait till midnite at which was only a few minutes off, paid the salida, which was 2000 pesos, and left.


We went back to Napoliatano, checked her id in, and went to eat, then out to a open air bar on the Malecon for some music, and walk on the Malecon too,,,,, she was the most GF type experience that have had in the years of traveling in DR.She wanted me to return my last nite, but when told her was probably going to go solo that nite, next question was when was I coming back.

I Always take a little gift either small perfume or some nail polish in a flower type bottle, gave her one of each plus a tip, she was really appreciative.

I went to the Remington Palace a few times in February. One of the things that struck me about the place was that there was always a wide selection of ladies, but not many customers. The bar area and area directly in the back towards the stairs that lead up to the ladies' rooms were somewhat busy, but a majority of the bar was always empty when I went.

I am glad to hear that things are picking up there. I liked the place a lot and highly recommend it...

Man, a Presidente sounds good right about now.

I returned from DR yesterday.
Remington is a better place; all is friendly here: the girl, the staff and the atmosphere. 40-50 girl inside and quality is ranged form 6 to 10.
The price is better too, 4000 pesos for all night until 10am (it's equal to 80 US$), 80 pesos for a Presidente.
If your hotel is not guest frieindly the best choice is the cabanas Tia Tania (10 min drive from Remington)on the Malecon. The price for an ejecutiva is 580 pesos for all night after 1am until 10am.

OK, can anyone provide additional info on the pricing here - X in Feb says 2k pesos, V in Jun says 4k pesos... so, does it possibly vary based on your negotiating? language skills?

OK - this is a place every horny male has GOT to experience at least once. I walked in last night around 9:30 PM - early for DR standards. There was ONE guy at the bar and two tables had a couple of guys there ... and there must have been 80 women.

You walk in and they encircle you in a frenzy. Smiles, groping, stroking, flashing ... I felt like the last piece of candy in the shop full of kids. Great for the ego.

High maintenance chicks are usually disappointing in the rack.

Just got back from Santo Domingo .. nothing changed at Remington. Prices still at 2,000 pesos per girl for 2+ hours. Lots of girls ... still my top spot in Santo Domingo.

Even though the street numbers are close to one another, this club is really NOT walking distance from Lapsus (certainly not at night). And inside, it was a whole 'nother world as well.

The club is lighter, the girls are prettier, and the hustle is lower (although still there). You still get swarmed when you walk in, but I took a seat at the bar and talked to the bartender. Most of them got the hint, and a few stayed within eyeball range. All in all, I got a much friendlier feel from the place.

The Remington was shut down by the local Policia last week. So sad.

They also instituted a closure of alcohol sales in all establishments ... strip clubs, social clubs, hotels, casinos, bars .. everywhere .. at midnight Sundays thru Thursdays.
