Rooms, fine, get one away from the front, mine was next to the Restaurant, and somewhat noisy.
No problem with chicas, after 12-1AM gate is locked, just knock on the gate and guard lets you in.$45USD a nite, convient, a walk to Manolo's, COnde street, the Jaruagua,, Lapsus and Tabu.

Has disco on premise,pool, restaurant. Staff is helpful.

I was quoted $70 US for a double. The room was decent but overpriced for what they offered so I didn't stay here. I may have gotten a bad quote, if you can get a room for under $50, I would say go for it.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to many places as mentioned by Rufus. If you can't get a room under $50 here, I would recommend Duque de Wellington less than 1/4 block away on Independcia.

Be sure to remember that this is on Independencia, or better yet the cross street and others nearby. I had a couple taxi drivers that never heard of Duque de Wellington nor La Casona Dorada.

I forgot to mention that there are no in-room safes if that is important to you, but they do provide safety deposit boxes.
