go to Sousa, it's about as point, click, and laid back as anywhere.

Dominica is an island towards the southern part of the Caribbean, Sousa is in the Dominican Republic, half of an island in the northern Caribbean between Cuba and Puerto Rico.

I can't imagine there would be much if any readily accessible p4p there, but I did find a whorehouse on one of the out-of-the-way islands a long time ago (can't remember which one).
