Very small music venue located on a side street in Vedado, close to the Malecon. There is an excellent band here and the drinks are reasonable. All couples here so if you don't see a girl you like outside, you might want to go elsewhere for the night. If you are a good salsa dancer, this plae is for you.

My experience of AMANECER is completely different. It is located at Linea and Malecon and has always had a broad selection of pro's and semi-pro's. They recently re-opened after an extensive refurbishing. Still a dump. As always in Havana, ask to look inside before paying any cover charge. If you see something you like, pay and stay. Otherwise move on.
