Located near Barrio Chino in Central Havana. Tons of dark black chicas hanging out front. Boatloads of Hatian-looking pimps with them. This place sucks and looks mighty dangerous.

This is a confusing one for me. Tres Chinitos is a very popular Chinese (downstairs) and Italian (upstairs) restaurant. Good food and good prices. I highly recommend and so am not sure what Blazer is refering to here. There is a youth disco around the corner and the awful and truly grim Disco PALERMO is located 3 blocks away and definitely fits Blazer's description.
