FYI - the local policia have closed one of the city's institutions, Remington Palace.
Not only that, but there can be NO alcohol sales in bars, strip clubs, casinos or hotels after midnight Sundays thru Thursdays.
The casino bars are crashing. The ugly hookers who hang out in these bars are leaving. The remaining Casas are running scared.
So I absolutely no longer endorse Santo Domingo for the Hobbying Adventurist. The bars, strip clubs, etc. can stay open until 2 AM now on Fridays and Saturdays.
The cosmic question is ... where did those 100+ girls from Remingto go?

Damn!
I knew about the liquor law, and was hoping that it just meant that everything happened earlier.
The law is country-wide, so I wonder how things are on the North Coast?
And yes, where are the Remington girls going?

Please tell me where to go in the Dr without problems and please tell me my expense should be when I get there. I am trying to go in Late October.
