One of 3 of the Dutch owned "ABC" islands, Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao(sp). Bonaire is a scuba diving mecca. My friend, a fellow monger and wingman is an avid diver and goes with his local area dive group on a few diving only trips a year. He can NEVER separate from his clingy, non-mongering diver friends. I always data mine CH and ISG for places for him to go and he always reports back that he couldn't break away.
Anyway, Bonaire has a place called, "Pachis". Everybody on this small island knows where it is. My friend accepted my mission to sneak away and do a recon for posting here and ISG. Here is what he learned. Pachis might be for sale and their sign appears to be replaced with one reading, "Bonaire Inn". It is located about 100 meters from a large church and 50 meters from the HQ building of the local Boy Scouts chapter. No kidding. Every taxi driver knows the place. 20 minute walk from the cruise ship port. Doesn't open till 2000 hours. He got there early at 1700 and they let him in for $4.00 USD and his beer cost another $4 bucks. He talked with the manager on duty (language barrier).
Place is totally enclosed walled in compound. Bitches live on site and most are Colombianas with perhaps a few Venezuelanas mixed in. Bitches were doing laundry, cleaning, and otherwise getting ready for another night of work while my friend drank his beer. It is said that the place closes for about 2-3 days every month for the "changeover". The Bitches are allowed to work 30 days on a special visa then have to go back home. Place shuts down, cleans up, and the newly arriving Bitches get medically cleared before working. Takes a couple of days for their blood work to clear the lab.
Friend reports that the Bitches looked OK to him. Not sure on prices for ST but ISG reports about $50.00/hour. Subject to verification. Apparently this is legal activity provided they are medically cleared. Friend is highly experienced monger, 4 trips to BKK, 1 to PTY, and 2 to POP at BlackBeards. I was with him onthe last 3 trips.
