I happened to be in the area for a few days and once again decided to check the "ladies" in TJ. Went the other night and met this wonderful girl working at Adelita's Bar.
her name is samantha, she's about mid 20's (best guess!!!), 5'7-8", light skin, nice body and curves, outstanding butt, super rack, blondish hair (midback lenght) and awesome legs. her service is $60+12 (rm). outstanding service, gfe, no rush and she even offers a massage!!!. told me she's from Sinaloa and her attitude is pleasant. friendly and always trying to please. Probably not the same chica as you are describing, but one of my MAJOR favs 1-2 years ago was an amazing Samantha who worked at BT, but eventually moved over to AB and was working days. She's a dancer - an incredibly talented one, and fits your description right down to the fantastic attitude/personality/GFE service, except she could not be more than 5'5 at best with her shoes off...very much a spinner. Everything fits but the height - perfect natural rack, gorgeous tush, perfect hourglass figure overall, mid-length blondish hair, light skin. Her natural hair was curly/kinky, but it is hard to describe chicas by their hair as often as they change it and accessorize it. My Samantha would be about 23 now. Elegant graceful and patient hostess - basically she's a BT girl with BT style who moved to the fuck factory AB.

I believe my Samantha was born in Sinaloa but has lived most of her life in TJ with her family, and regards herself as a local. Really hard to find one better than my Sam was - especially in AB. I lost my opportunity to see her when she moved to AB, and I know she was seriously committed to her education and not the type to get hooked up with a sugar daddy - in fact that is why she moved from BT to AB, because some local lobo was trying to dominate her at BT.

She may still be around from time to time and absolutely worth the plunge. I'm hoping you are a poor judge of height and I can have a reunion with her this week as I'll be down tomorrow for a rare extended trip - will have some time to check out AB.
