Roxana is a returning vet, I've roll called her but never opened a topic on her. I last saw her in March 2010 before returning this month.

Roxana has long straight blond hair, a decent body, and a natural expression that makes her look bored. She dances in the evening lineup, so she should be very easy to spot.

I haven't talked to her since 2010 or earlier, so I don't know what she's like, but just from observation she doesn't look like she'd be very fun.
