Cecelia is a pretty brunette, but has had a bad hairstyle for a while now. Her hair is black and straight and it looks like she has too much of it on the top of her head. She dresses fairly conservatively and usually hangs out with Laura (M) - Sinaloa - Hong Kong |PHOTO|. I often see them near the staircase in the middle of the club or sitting on the stools on the left side of the bar coming in from the Coahuila entrance.

Cecilia's been around for a little while, but I haven't been that interested in her, hair seems to be a big deal to me. She has started smiling and talking to me recently, though, so I've started to consider her. I'll probably wait until a slow night or when she does something about the hair.

I spotted Cecilia in Hong Kong this month after more than a year's absence. I last roll called her November 2014. She's looking fairly good, but still middle tier at HK. She's still under consideration for a slow night.

Spotted Cecilia in Hong Kong again at the end of January after not seeing her since September 2016. She looked a little older but still in range. I would have sat with her if she wasn't busy all night.
