Having a massage and getting laid are two different experiences. To my way of thinking that's like saying why would anybody pay $20 for dinner in Tijuana when you can get laid for $20.

My guess is you have never had a really good massage? I had my first experience and best experiences with massages in Japan in the 60's. IMHO there is no better way to start a night off on the town. The term was a hatsi bath and for about four dollars you got bathed and massaged for about two hours between a steam bath, a bath tub, and a massage table. This including the little josan walking on your back, and cracking or popping all of your toes and fingers. No sex, but when you walked out of these places you felt like a million dollars.

Tijuana does not even come close to that unique experience, but going to Azteca and almost always having an exceptional massage or finding the right girl at Cristy's or Wendy's for a massage can be close enough to Japan - and I don't mean sex.

Having a girl devote a whole hour to my body is one of the selfish and gratifying experience I can hope to experience (Que Rico). When you find a good masseuse and she devotes nearly an hour to you it is fantastic - if the masseuse just happens to be attractive and if she his sin ropa that may be even better, but the most important thing for me is the massage. I think that's why you read in posts one of the monger's went to Azteca and got back to back massages from the same girl.

Possibly I'm in the minority on this, but I think a lot of us love the individual focused attention a massage gives us with the chica.

El Cochino - As you may already know - for the past two Wednesdays when I drove by Cristy's MP on 4th it has been closed with some official seal on the door. Also Wendy's just up the street has a new name, something about Bulgaria. Jose is still the owner and the format is the same but he is pushing the health spa aspect. BTW Teresa from Wendy's is working there and last Wednesday I did not see Claudia - so I did not get a massage there.

If anyone knows where Cristina is giving massages now I would appreciate knowing.

I had not been to Cristy's in over six months. They always seemed to be closed on Sundays and that was my favorite day to get a massage and then drive back to Los Angeles.

I feel bad for Christina and the girls that were working for her. Working for Jose really has to hurt ($2 out of the $20 price for the girl).

I saw Marta. Connie was also there and I had a massage from her. She is good but my favorite in recent weeks is still Lola. Her massage skills are great. Mermaids on 8th, about a block west of Revolucion, has some very attractive ladies. However, the prices are a little steep. I went one time, and the best I could negotiate was $40 for a covered BJ, plus the cost of the massage, which I believe was $30.

Billypv...I am not familiar with Monte Carlo. Shortly after meeting Bluejay a year ago I did a one day tour of all the MPs that were discussed on the RedSnake board. The facilities ranged from ratty to pretty nice. The chicas also ranged from ratty to pretty nice. The similarity among most of the MPs is that they are not in business to do massage, they are there to provide a place for you and the chica to have sex.

The $20-30 you pay for the 'massage' is just a house fee to get you into the room with the chica where you can begin haggling over the price of the extra 'servicios'. If you don't show any interest in paying for the extras the girl will lose all interest in massaging you and will find an excuse to split. I once paid for a 1-hour massage which lasted about 7 minutes. This was at Ruth's Optica on 4th street west of Revolution. Check the RedSnake board for discussions of the various MPs.

What I am trying to say is: if you are looking for a real massage the majority of TJ parlors are worthless. If you want a real good massage your best bet is Azteca, if you want a passable massage from a GORGEOUS woman try Executive. There are some occasional gems at Christy's and Wendy's. Bluejay is the authority on those two parlors. The rest of the MPs discussed on RedSnakewill have an occasional positive report but in general are a waste of time.

Of course the famous principle of YMMV applies. You could wander into a place that has a terrible reputation and find a girl who lights your fire and knows how to screw energetically on a massage table without tipping it over.

Hey guys - first time poster here. I'd like to share an experience here, in brief.

Last night I landed in TJ around 9pm. My plan was to take a trip to Executive massage... I've been down to the bars (AB, CC) before, but was in the mood for something quieter, and the listings here had nothing but good things to say. However, the parlor appeared to be closed... I told the driver to take me to CC... I really wasn't in the mood, but I was already across the border and didn't want to go home disappointed. The driver tried to talk me into going to another massage parlor... I was understandably dubious, but the driver actually seemed like a nice guy and wasn't too pressuring, so I said "what the fuck... let's go".

The place he took me to seemed to be not far from the ZN, but to say that I had any idea where I was would be an overstatement. It was a bright storefront on an otherwise quiet street... the main front had a glass front with blue and hot pink neon... "Masaje" and so forth. I swear that the name was "scorpi"-something. I thought it sounded familiar from this board, but I can't find the references now. Has anyone here ever been to this place or have any idea what it's really called and where it is?

The parlor had a nice selection of girls (well, only three when I came in, but more girls were there when I left) in a wide range - 4-8 I'd say. The choice was obvious - only one of the girls presented had both the looks, and the sincerity that I was after. Her name is Melissa. A beautiful, shapely girl, with large compassionate eyes. I went for the fs, and was not disappointed (except in myself - she was so hot that I was too worked up to hold out for long... c'est la vie... next time I'll be more prepared). I tried to give as good as I got and spent some time on her, which she seemed to enjoy. The whole affair was followed by a typical shower... afterwhich I was whisked away back to the border (I was too satisfied to ruin the evening with a jaunt to a loud club - this is the first time I've never had a drink in TJ! What's up with that?) by my waiting taximan.

Well, I didn't mean to give the whole trip report here - my primary goal is to find answers to the main question... has anyone else been there? Not being sure of the name (scorpi-something?) or the location, I'm hard-pressed to figure out how to get back to this establishment and to this great girl. Help!

This is the only regular storefront massage place that I know of in TJ that is open late (except possibly a new place next to Isis)...the others close between 9-11 PM. The parlor you went to is located on the south end of Niños Heroes (2 blocks west of Revolution)...I think it's near Calle 6. I haven't been there but reports I've heard are very mixed...it just depends on the chica you pick, and you obviously picked wisely. The place has an ad in the TJ Yellow Pages...not sure of the exact name but it is close to what you said - you should be able to find a thread for it either here or in the Redsnake archives if you take a look at the Tree View.

I have been a late nighter in TJ. As a result, between one and two years ago, I would often attempt to walk to the old "Wendy's" just before their 9PM closing time and usually not make it before the padlock was on the door.

I would always make sure that I was properly "primed" before making the walk down Fourth, which accounted for my last minute behavior. I noticed several places on the way and eventually came to find two places very clearly open past Midnight, at least on the weekends.

Understand I have not been down Fourth in about a year. But, walking from Revolution, heading West on Fourth, something like five or so blocks down on the right, near a corner, I believe "kitty-corner" across from a school, and with "green" being the predominate storefront color (at least a year ago!), there is a place that WAS open until 2AM. I CANNOT remember the name. I have been in there three times, always after Midnight. In three visits, I never saw any same girl present twice. BUT, the most exceptional time I've ever had in TJ so far was on my third visit there. This girl was a young college girl and her name was Lucero. I will never forget that. The cost was 25 + 50, FS plus overtime to the point where her boss had to yell throught door: LU-CER-O-O-O!!!!!!!. Even though I returned to TJ the following week, I did not return to this place for fear of tarnishing the memory of an exceptional experience since we know how hit and miss MOST of these places are.

But if you're looking for late night places, maybe you should check and see if this place is even still there...Nobody knows this place????

The other place was called Ruth's Optical.
It's on the left side of the street and I don't remember if it is before or after the place mentioned above. It is a two story building, I believe it was pink with a brightly lit flourescent "optical" store fronting the place. Again, it was open very late. I was in there twice, but had very funny feelings about the mirrors in the rooms and gender concerns not based on appearance at all, but on voice tone, and since I was not paying for full service this time, the jeans stayed on although the top came off and I found nothing wrong with the AMPLE chest, I don't know...

Walking down fourth late at night has an edge to it, but I don't mind.

In the above post, the place I mentioned on Fourth, across from the school, whose name I couldn't recall, was called "TJs Massage" and I now see that it is history. A posting on the door indicates a date: October '00. So it's been a while!

Next block down, and across the street, "Optical Ruth" is still there and still open very late. Sunday at around Midnight, it was still open as indicated by a neon "OPEN" sign, and by a girl peeking out the blinds when a taxi pulled up. The building at night has a totally different appearance than a year ago; it is now trimmed with multi-colored neon and they have vertical blinds covering the storefront windows which were once left unobstructed exposing a brightly lit optical shop.

The taxi drivers keep pushing Deja Vu, as of last week. Others I talked to don't care for the massage parlors. But, the prices are similar to San Diego, so I have heard, $40-50 for 30 or 45 min.? and then negotiate with the girl.

I was at Executivo , about 3 weeks ago. As always first class service, albiet a little pricey. But you can not find a cleaner, more accomodating place.
By the way there were only 4 girls available, but 3 were very pretty.

I used to feel this way too. But I've been bored on recent visits to the zona. Or maybe I'm just getting older and wiser and see things differently. Either way its time to expand my TJ experience.

I only have one MP experience under my belt. It was with Vanessa de TJ(CC) when she was at Sagitario. Nothing special otherwise I would have repeated.
