I was excited and hard time resting plus the noise. I usually get that reaction from the V when I go for the gusto and use 100mg. I only use about 25mg now and that seems to be a perfect dose for me. Also try and limit the booze to 1 or 2 beers while you're on it too.

A Tagamet AKA Cimetedine will help curb the upset stomach that Viagra sometimes brings.Many of us also believe it helps keep Viagra in your system longer.

It seems high but i have seen 600mg to 800 mg listed.Don't eat heavy though because the Tagamet will not let you digest since it slows stomach acid.Also food in your stomach decreases the effect of Viagra.I would suggest you cutting back in Viagra dosage if you are used to popping 100 mg ones if you try this.I usually pop about a quarter of one then as the day goes on occasionally pop another quarter.

Try 2 75 mg tablets (OTC) after a light meal and just before taking V. You will feel the effect about 35 to 40 min later. If the long hard-on bothers you take a sudafed.

You'll find most over the counter doses of Cimetedine (tagamets generic name)will come in 200 mg doses.When i asked for some in a TJ pharmacy when i forgot to bring any they were 400 mg doses.I've taken 800 mg at a time several times and have had no problems.I have heard that cimetedine is discussed on Phizer's Viagra website.
