A good addition to Zona Norte. I went up in between sessions, watched the races and bet on a few. Had some nice cold beers for $1.70 in a nice air conditioned facility. A lot of waiters were up there hanging out, betting, and relaxing between shifts. I spent sometime with one of the waiters from Las Chevalas. We drank a few beers, bet some, and he gave me some info on the chicas. It is a fun place to just kill some time and recharge. It is across from Las Cascades Hotel on the SG alley. They should put an ATM there, I did not notice if they have one.

So if you are down to your last 2 dollars and just MUST have another blowjob, you can bet a quinella and win that blowjob!

Is it hard to figure out what's going on there, rules of play, etc? Sounds like a great place to recharge!

i think its a regular gambling and sports bar..I have been there a few times in the past... On saturday mornings , you have all the baseball games going as well...I like the place, you can sit back, relax, and watch some sports without being hassled every 5 minutes by some rude waiter or bar girl....

Just be aware there is a small tax on winners, so if the tickets pays $100 you will get $97.23 or some weird amount like that. Its on a percentage basis that I don't know. Playing horses - you got a winner that pays $20 to win $10 to show and $5 to place, you might get a return of $32.65 or something. Someone here should know the %. This will keep a person from getting pissed thinking the books ripping them off.

1.5% on sports betting, 2% on horses.
