Right in the middle of Ratero central - Hotel Del Mar is on the north side of Articulo 123 (1st) between Revolucion & Constutucion (near to Rev).

I've been there twice as a SG client. The second time, I ended uo not paying the girl, but the management wouldn't refund my rom fee.

Note that the standard charge is 30 pesos or 4 dollars (30 pesos is cheaper....)

Pauncho, you're refering to the small rooms upstairs at $4? And I remember seeing long-term boarders in the other rooms along the hallway.
I got dragged my a former fav to the $10, or was it $12?, nicer room? At the top of the stairs, big room, clean bed.
