i hit the Vip theatre all the time at Plaza rio.

its one of the best movie theatres i have been to in the country

on wednesday it is 2 for 1 $70. pesos for 2 people.

the regular cinema is 40 pesos for 2 people.

plus you get to see all the eyecandy too

I like Cinemark, they are on Plaza Minarete, next to TGI Fridays and Charco de las Ranas. There Wednesday special is 2for1 40 Pesos.

Gotta agree with Milkman: Wednesdays are great for hitting Cinepolis...besides the 2x1 ticket factor, the Plaza is loaded with hot young Mexicanas flocking to the theater...

VIP is the best, with most movies in english with spanish subtitles.
Love the seats with the arm rest that can be raised.
Last movie I saw there was "The Other". I had to go to the lobby for a shot of cazadores 1/2 way through, as movie was so bad.

Planning on going next week with Sweetie Pie.

Ended up at the cinepolis @ Plaza Rio. Our seats didn't have the fold up arm rest tho. Nice place with good prices vs. US.
