WHERE: On Blvd. Diaz Ordaz.
DIRECTIONS: Head east on Agua Caliente until it turns into Diaz Ordaz. About a mile later, you will see the Auditorium for Concerts and Wrestling and a Ley Market. It's across the street.
CLOSEST MONGERING: Bar Titanic
RATING: Five Stars
FOOD: Birria de Chivo. Goat meat slowly stewed to perfection. Can come with juice (con jugo) or dry (seca) Tortillas are thick, chewy corn variety made on the premises. Excellent tamales and gorditas (quesadilla with small, thick corn tortillas). Champurado is a hot cocoa drink mixed with corn flower. Many chicas die for this type of food as it is real Mexico comida and they will be surprised that you like this kind of food.
ATMOSPHERE: Southwest style with bright colors. Some rustic antiques on the wall. Nice place.
PRICE: Cheap. Average meal for two with drinks= 15-20 bucks.
