The path I have been taking lately with chicas I have never asked up to the room is: after a couple of ficha drinks, if the mood is right, I tell the chica that I am looking to take someone up to the room, and if she has any suggestions. Most of the time they shyly respond that they are available (chicas almost never want to give away clients with cash to other chicas). Then, I need to ask them for how much, and that's when I need the good words that I still don't know.

I would ask in Spanish, "Que es lo que haces?" This is an open ended question which means, "What do you do?" It's not insulting, and it leaves the girl to tell you what she is doing in the bar.

Why do you think you need to be "Don Juan"?

She just let you know that she is available for services, why now do you think you need to be suave?

She could answer your question, list a 1000 things that she is willing to do and Explorer still wouldn't now what it is going to cost.

If she says that she goes to the room, then I'd counter with the old standard of "Quanto quieres?" (which translates to "How much?) Then you'll know that she won't be offended.
