Location: The NE corner of 3rd (Carillo Puerto) and H (C. Colon). Colon is parallel to Revolucion but is 7 blocks west.
This place is a combination:
. Standup outside place
. (You'll need long arms to reach up to the counter)
. Standup inside place
. Sitdown restaurant
The fish tacos are superb. A former Tijuana resident spoke very highly about their shrimp cocktails.

I ate here yesterday. It's definitely a family type establishment and was crowded at 3pm.
I had shrimp diablo which was good plus a diet coke. My companion had jumbo fried shrimp and a margarita. Total bill was $21.
I'd definitely go back to try other selections.
