Thanks SP. Always good to know.
Seems there is an internet price war going on between a couple (or more) places.
Enjoy it while it lasts.

Yes there's a place on Constitucion just past 5th that's advertising an hour for 10 pesos. This is incredible considering that in Tijuas to call a cell phone from a pay phone costs 4 pesos a MINUTE.
What is the closest (but good) internet cafe to AB? I'm walking so it needs to be in a good neighborhood. I've used some that are as slow as dialup and would like to be sure it is a fast connection.
Probably the closest internet cafe' to La Coahuila (AB/CC, TB, SG's, etc.) is on the north side of 2nd, 'tween Revo and Con. It has connections that are generally fast.
I have not noticed the USA cafe open for a few years, but it may be. As to the neighborhood: you're in Tijuana.
Frankly, I am not sure the 2nd Street place is still open, either. I usually go all the way to Revo and 5th, NE corner, Matrix Cafe, or, if it is late (after 11pm), to Revo, 'tween 8th/9th, west side. That place is open all night, & has an environment that is usually quiet.
Matrix has an all-night location around 7th, but it is quite noisy, as is their shop around 2nd/3rd (not all-night).

Yeah not that that place is so safe, particularly at night. There are several on Coahuila, but I think you are better off going to 2nd street. They are 24 hours as well.
