Sluffy, I went in the day time around 5 pm or so. And like Milkman says I'm not comparing Luisa to the Adelita or Chicago Club girls, but she's comparable to a decent looking street girl.

I always make it a point to go in here after I visit the usual places. It's quite a zoo and you'll never know what you're going to find.

The first day I was here, I had just blown my load with Adriana at Adelita's. I walked in, saw Luisa and did't think she fit this place. She had just smoked some meth in the bathroom and was still high on the stuff. I bought her a beer and made a note to come back the following day.

Meanwhile, I met another clean-looking chick in this place with a killer body. Not much of a looker but I wanted to do her doggie style because she had a nice ass. I take all my American friends here and they love this place. We trip out on some of the crazy chicks in this place and we've never laughed so hard. They always want to go back to the Crack Ho' Bar after we've done the rounds (Adelitas, Chicago, Miami, Las Chavelas etc.) It's the only bar where you're going to meet women who speak fluent English and it usually resembles the Star Wars Cantina scene.

I don't make any apologies to going to this place. And you'll never know when you're going to find the semi-attractive "new boodie" who hasn't been entirely strung out yet.

Diego, how small is Lorena, how tall, is she thin? She isn't injecting anything is she? When is she usually there? I think I know this girl, but she called herself adriana then. Had a big crystal problem, but goregeous except for all the tats. Went back to the Cascadas with me. I met her on the street walking in there about a year ago before I knew about the bar.

Let me let you in on a little secret... about 1/2 of those chicks at AB/CC are also using drugs - they just do a better job of concealing it.

BTW, the real reasons I hang out in this bar sometimes, is because they play 75% English tunes on the jukebox... and you can choose your own tunes... and also because the beer is cheap and Pacifico. AB & CC have become way too expensive places to "hang out" for any extended amount of time... just a few years ago, it was a completely different story - chica drinks were less than half what they are now. Sure, I still go in AB for a little while each time I go down, but it has become too fucking expensive to stay in for more than an hour or so. If you like to buy the chicks a few beers while you play grab-ass/kissy-face, then these kinds of hole-in-the-wall places aren't bad places to pass the time.

Anyway, a change of venue is most certainly in order - this Trophy Lounge idea is starting to sound better and better...

Diego, now that you put it that way, I might give it a try. Yes, I have noticed that some of this girls at AB and CC are often trashed, but I try to buy into the "ilusion", that its just a safer playground.
Next time I am in La Zona, I will come and visit this place.

Yes, the AB chicks are "masters of illusion"... I've seen some of these chicks the next day after the makeup comes off, and you would not believe the difference. I hung out at this one older chick's house a few times, and it would take her 3 hours to get herself ready.

What gets me are the ones that have been liposuctioned (and there are a LOT) - they would actually be big, fat chicks, but they've been "sculptured". Bizarre.

Now, I have to admit that a few of the chicks in BZ(Bar Zacazonapan) are pretty scary (skinny and/or loca), but I'd just kinda politely ignore them, if you know what I mean.

I second the choice of cheap beer in this place. I usually order a Caguamas in this place (which is close to a 40 ouncer) to start of my Zona Norte bar stroll.

The next best deal for cheap booze in the day time is the 2x1 promotion at Club Miami. I'll pick the ugliest, fattest waitress I can find, tip her generously when she brings my drinks, and tell her, "Make sure you take care of me when I'm drunk, Ok?" I've never had problem.

Anyone had good experiences here lately? I am thinking about heading down in a few weeks, and would like some recent info? Anyone run into any of the above listed recommendations? Are they still recommended?

Sluffy, I dropped by this place on Saturday and hooked up with Luisa again. She also goes by Maria Luisa. She looks pretty good for this kind of place.

We did the same thing as last time. Took a cab back to my room at La Villa Zaragosa and had my way with her for $40. I could do her for cheap in some nearby hotel, but I'd rather take my time in my room. Before we had sex, she took a shower. I snuck in and helped soap her up. The Corinna I nailed was tall about 5' 9 or 10, but hot and young, around 20. Maybe she was Lorena described above, I get them mixed up now. Visting this place is like visiting the zoo, its rather interesting to see what kind of animal life is down there. The other day I went down to have a rather expensive brandy (30 pesos) and see the wildlfe. A couple of strung out but wild chicas spinning around, and a herd of normal looking chicas clustered around the bar.

Does anyone know the grisly details as to why the club is closed? I found it to be the last of the old

Closed as of when? I was in the zona on Thursday and they were open.

The last two times I've been there, well within business hours, they were closed. The guy next door said they were closed and I may have inferred that they were closed for good, maybe they are just keeping holiday hours and will change back after the first of the year

So what's happening here,is this part of some kind of crack down, are they going to clean up the zona?

I don't know what's going on in the big picture, but this bar goes way beyond being a target for a standard "clean-up". We are talking about a bar where it is routine to see employees and patrons doing lines on the bar and generously offering them around (NOT an unfriendly place). In the day it was a notorious place for the street rateros to duck into when the heat was on. Now not so many rateros in the area as there once were.

It is amazing that it has stayed open this long.

It was rather sudden because I was there Thursday and Friday, and this place and the Rio Rosas bar were open for business as usual.

Then on Saturday, they were both shut down. My guess is that business is dying in the Zona Norte and all around Tijuana. This probably leads to the bars not paying their rent or taxes.

One of the Mexicoach drivers told me that there used to be seven bus lines that transported American customers and now they're only down to one, Mexicoach. The hotel where I stayed at, La Villa Zaragoza, finally shut down their restaurant due to a lack of business.

I expect things to really take a nosedive when the U.S. requires passports to cross the border.

They reopened the bar, I saw the door open and went in. It's exactly the same. The same skanky women, the same drugs on demand, the same loud music. It's been resurrected in all it's glory. I was told they paid $5000, maybe in back taxes, to reopen. I love this place it's everything that tijuana should be.
