This one is just about on the borderline of Revolucion & Zona Norte.
Located about halfway up the Plaza Santa Cecilia sidewalk (That stretches from 1st & Revolucion to 2nd & Constitucion) on the northwest side.
This place has the LONG bar. Despite looking like a tourist area, this is a very Mexican place.
CAUTION -
Girls that work there DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE HEALTH CARDS.
They say my ex-favorita (one of many) now works there.
Cheap Beer (reportedly)

"CAUTION - Girls that work there DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE HEALTH CARDS."
And you know this because? Surely you're not going to take a puta's word for it? I suspect they are supposed to have health cards but Servicios Medicos Municipales doesn't bother to go in there.

if you go outside of adeltitas or chicago club--i would say that way short of 50% of the chicas have health cards, but they are all required to have them.

I know because, I tried a gal who works there. She wanted to give me a BBBJ because she detests the flavor of condoms.
I asked about her card and she said it was expired because during the normal lab dates, she was OTR. The dates in the card reflected this.
She said that it was no problem at Bar El Paso.
I declined the BBBJ, but took note.
I perceive that the El paso chicas are a good step down from Bar El Fracaso.

About the 50%,
I think that the reason that they don't want to show you their cards is that their "true" names and addresses are on the front.
By telling them that I don't want to see the front, but just the photo & the seal plus the LABORATORIO & RESULTADO dates in the back, I often get to see the card.
Just don't pay them until you've seen the damn thing.
