First I needed to take a leak and a waiter/guide took me to a door that lead me to the back of the club. Try the internet! Go to www.dpreview.com and/or www.dcresource.com for reviews and vendor links. I bought a Canon A70 about two months ago from www.ritzcamera.com. They're in CA but charge NO sales tax or shipping.

I thought Ben was in his self deprecating mode when he asked that question. Rich older gentlemen might just want to stop by their local Good Guys or Circuit City or Staples or Office Depot or Fry's or Best Buy and buy it there. You get to see the camera there. It may cost $20 more but there's no wait for the shipping and I'm sure he can afford it. Of course, internet is another way to go. I bought one of my cameras from Amazon and it came a few days late. By then I'd left the country on a big trip. I had to buy a camera the day before I left (from the local Fry's).
