Great sea food restaurant with live banda music. The restaurant is a little out of the way in Mesa, just off the Via Rapida on Ave. Reforma. It is far cheaper than Los Arcos and IMHO has the best price-quality ratio of any sea food place in TJ.
They have valet parking and a play ground for children.

Robertx,
Can you give driving/taxi directions for us out-of-town types?
Thanks
Sandy

From Centro:
1) Take Via Rapida and exit once you see Costco. From there are signs to the restaurant. However, this may be confusing on the first try.
2) Easier to find, but slower: Drive Aqua Caliente, which turns into Blvd. Diaz Ordaz all the way to Mesa (long drive in heavy traffic) and take a left on Avenida Reforma. The restaurant is on the right hand side just before the crossing over the Via Rapida. Be careful not to miss the entry to the parking lot, because there is no easy option for a u-turn.
Call them about directions: 626.38.98
A cab will run around $15-20, I guess.

They just celebrated their 1st anniversary. They advertise their address as being on Lazaro Cardenas and not Reforma.
Reytj
FWIW I would say the fare in a taxi libre using the Via Rapida would be about $8.

Went there with family a few days ago, still great sea food, have to like loud music, since it is tough to talk through the band playing banda.
They have a play ground, good to take a chica with offspring.
