I would suggest going on Wed or Thurs over a weekend nite. Friday and Saturdays are very busy nites in TJ.

I've never gone for an hour session with Sylvia, but none of my half hour session experiences with her suggest an hour would be a waste of your time an money.

The way I see it, if you tip before, that is part of the original price. Now, you might get better service by paying more up front or not. In an earlier thread, someone said that waiters were rip off artists. This is somewhat true. But, and please note--for 10 or 20 bucks they can easily lead you in the right direction.
