Located on Articulo 123 (Calle Primera/1st Ave)
Between Revolucion and Constitucion.
Entrance under the "L" in "Hotel".
The doorway to the right of the gas meters
is the entrance to Restaurante Lorena.
I don't believe they have short time rooms. Rate about 280 pesos.
(For the well-heeled monger.)

I spent the night there last night. It cost 200 pesos, and was very quiet. Not bad.

Are the rooms clean?

Reasonably so.

The hot water is barely tepid.
but it is cold as opposed to the COLD tap which is freezing.

You need to give it some time, the pipes are really long.

You are correct, 5 minutes is NOT enough.
After 10 minutes the water is perceptively warm - a bit warmer than tepid, but usable.

Now there is plenty of hot water, even though you may have to wait a while.
The trick is to find out which rooms you like the most and ask for them by telephone (Spanish only).
I suck up to the help (small tips, free CDs) and they make things easy for me.

Rooms are $20 (US), no TV, no air conditioning, no room service. Drag queens are now loitering around inside the lobby, as opposed to in the past when the lobby area was mostly "reserved" for real SG's.
Make sure you to ask for your key deposit back when checking out. (30 pesos) This is something the hotel help never mentions.
