Non spinner tight would be SG Martha of the Hotel Teresa on main street. Neighbor & pal of Esmarelda (huge rack) standing under the palm tree between the Edwaurdo & Teresa. You know what, I've realized that tighter is not necessarily better. There is too tight. e.g. imagine a HJ that is too tight vs. just right. The just right part different for everyone.
