Is this incantation similar to it's US's counterparts or have they put their own Mexican spin on it? I see it whenever I head out that way and mean to stop in. Does it have a god bar crowd?

Have been there once, looked like the same menu to me. Burger and fries was the same ol' same ol'. It was kind of dead on a Sunday night, so I can't say about the bar crowd.
BTW, is TGIF now 'Magic Johnson's TGIF' all over the world or just by LAX? I thought that was kind of funny.

Its just TGIF elsewhere. The TJ version is almost exactly like the US versions, except for the ice cream. This is a good place to take Mexichicas, they never get to eat US restaurant food. I've taken SGs here, and they love it.

And for those wondering, 'same ol' 'same ol' TGIF is vastly superior to most food in TJ, though at triple the price (same as U.S.).

Recently eaten there and was surprised at the quality of food and the mixed drinks were friggin great
Spent about the same as one in the states. Very nice place to take a date.
I have visited 2 different TGIF's in Mexico and would give it a thumbs up
