I saw this in the old Redsnake forum but unfortunately was not able to read it. So I'm reopening it here for your consideration, what do you think, are the girls that work in the clubs (Adelitas and Chicago) rich or poor? How about the street girls? And I know that many of them make more money net than most people in the US and that they live in Mexico but I have ask a few of them and it seems they have pretty high expenses. Private schooling for their kids (some of them say this is a must), makeup and clothes cost, health care (apparently CC and Adelita don't offer HMO or PPOs), cost feeding and housing usually 1 minimum possible 2 to 3 kids, sending money back home to family, etc. These things add up and combine with a depreciating salary (growing old) and a short career life, what do you think, are they rich or poor? And please don't compare them to Tijuana migrants and maquiladora (mispelled I know) workers, most of these people families live below the proverty line. I'm talking about in comparison to your averge Tijuana worker (i.e. in a farmacia or white collar worker).

It totally depends on the girl. If she's hot, she's hot. I talked to a young hot MP girl who had no kids or serious obligations. She had saved up nearly $100k (dollars) in a year and a half. She could make over $700 bucks on a good night working 6 days a week. That's totally out of reach for any other person with a regular job in Mexico/Tijuana.

Oh My God, someone actually replied to my topic, Wizman you've just made my day! And I agree if the girls don't have kids, then yeah the job definitely makes a lot of money. I've ask a few girls this question and their answers amazes me a lot of the times. But you'll also be amazed at the expenditures of the ones that do have kids. And come on, how many of the girls in the clubs don't have at least one. As one of my Mexican co-workers would say, a kid, come on everyone has one of those, married, divorce or single. So the question, remains, in general and that usually includes kids or parents, are the girls rich or poor?

Based on a discussion with my Fav, I would add the following. A street cart taco guy can make $100. Others on the grey economy can do about the same or a little better. This is huge $$ in TJ. With the ficha policy at AB (they have to come up with a bunch or pay for them), plus a pretty good bribe for the doorman, a club girl can have a pretty big fixed cost. They still do a heck of lot better than someone in the bank, etc, who might make $10-25 a day. Just my $.02

I think their yearly salaries could be from about $50,000 to $250,000. Some of them capitalize the fucking market down there. sheesh

It's funny you guys are talking about this subject since I've always wondered the same thing.
I got to know this chica at the ab a while back and one time asked her about it. I would say she's pretty fair looking definitely not the hottest at the ab. She told me that on good days which are mostly fri. nite , sat, and sun a girl can make around $500 but im sure most shifts arent even close to that amt. I only say that because I hang at chavelas a lot and one of my favoritas there when i asked her about it said she doesnt think anyone in there makes even close to 500. a day. I would have to say that the girls at the cc make the most. Every time I've ever gotten a quote from one of those whores it was for around $120. I think at that price on a good nite a chic could make around 10,000. Just my .02 cents.

its kinda sucks cuz the more cash they make, the more susceptible they are to fuck up their already fucked up lives with hardcore drugs (coke, speed, etc.)

Yeah the girls kind of get defensive when you ask them how much they make. But, at the end of the night in the wee hours when they're just waiting for the shift to end, they'll talk over a ficha about how many guys they've done. A popular girl should have no problem get 10 customers at AB, but at CC that's going to be a lot harder, 5-7 would probably be a good night for most girls on their best night, Fri.

AB charges the girls a lot more ficha tickets I've heard though. And AB also charges an enormous amount of fichas for a girl to leave early, something like 20 I was told, don't know how much earlier 20 would buy you.

But like all things, the more people make, the more they spend. Money management skills would probably be the biggest factor on how much any of these girls save up, otherwise they'll spend it as quickly as it comes in. Do you ever hear girls complaining about rent near the end of the month, when they should've had that covered in the 1st week of the month at least.
