If you know any 'poblanas' you will score big points by turning them on to this hole in the wall. A cemita is a poblano spin on the torta with a special kind of roll and fillings. We had pierna con chipotle ie leg of pork with chipotle chile sauce.
They're on the East side of Madero between 5th and 6th as I recall.
Now if I can just find a place with tacos arabes, another regional poblano specialty.

In Pipopelandia, they call Tacos Arabes, Tacos de Pan Arabe, or you might see a sign that says "Pan Arabe".
