I've never noticed much difference in how much business the girls get based on reviews, the main determinant appears to be looks (newbies) followed by attitude. All, maybe not all, but a large number of these girls do BBBJ, BBBJTC, BBFS, DATY or DFK.

If they do it for one monger they do it for another. No "one" monger is receiving these extras himself. On the first three, are you referring to instances mentioned by friends or other posters? (since you are always using the condom) I agree that a large number of girls might do at least one of the 5, but I can't imagine a majority doing the first 3 regularly.
