I agree that you need to get to Rio FAST. To answer your question, though, I do handjobs all the time from the street girls and let me tell you MANY things can go wrong. I've been operating hardcore in TJ since 1995 so I've had many trials and tribulations pursuing GFE experiences. Since I get GFE from my regular girlfriends, my tolerance is pretty low for most of the TJ non-performers.
