I experienced a massage from Maria last week. Someone I met in the Azteca reception area had recommended her. She is the real deal. If you like a deep massage, she delivers. The funny thing is that she is the tiniest masajista on the evening crew. I doubt that she weighs 100 pounds, soaking wet.

I would have liked it better if she were to slow down her pace. There were moments when I flinched a bit; not from the pressure, but because those steel thumbs were skimming across my back at a rate of approximately 10 ribs/second. I’ll have to request ‘mas despacio’ next time.
