Well, the base massage price at Executive is $30/60 minutes & $45/90 minutes.

The 60min massage there is $34 currently(2-4 cheaper with CC depending on the exchange rate.

There are normally 12 or so girls there between 4pm-8pm and then 6-10 from 8pm until closing.

The cab drivers receive a couple of bucks for bringing clients there is why they plug the place.

The girls range from 5 to 8 depending(my scale is on the tough side) on who is working. The hostess and owner are both very nice and the place is safe and clean.

Extras are not cheap however. The girls will ask for $50-100 from sin ropa massage, hj, to fs. Bargaining can be done for different rates depending on the girl, YMMV.

On our last trip we visited Executive. We showed up around 7:45pm and the door was locked, we rang the doorbell and Griselda showed up, she was hesitant to open the door, she asked if we had an appointment or if we had been there before. I tried Monte Carlo recently after reading about the place in this thread. They are closed on Sunday and for some reason was closed one of the Saturdays I tried going. Normally they are open Mon-Sat. It's located on the second floor next to a great nightclub called Cats.

Comparisons to Executive:
1. Both are relatively hidden. No big easy to read signs, probably a good idea to be shown the place for the first time.
2. Nice comfortable welcome area. Executive is nicer and looks a little classier and more private.
3. Other customers. On my 3 trips to Executive, only once was there another customer who came in after me. While I was waiting at Monte Carlo, 5 guys came in.
4. Selection. The most I've seen at Executive is about 7. There were at least 15 at Monte Carlo. Four or five reached my standard, but I'd give the looks edge to Executive. 5 or so of the maybe 15 girls total I've seen at Executive were better looking than the top girl I saw my one time at Monte Carlo. I'm pretty picky too. Gabriella totally blows the MC girls away in looks.
5. Bathroom/Massage room. The Executive facilities are clearly better, but Monte Carlo was still clean and nice. The Executive bathroom looks like a fancy hotel suite bathroom. The Monte Carlo bathroom looked like a bathroom. Massage room was closer in appearance but Executive was more comfortable.
6. Service. I got more intimate massages at Executive but was surprised to get kissing from the MC girl I chose (Bibi). Otherwise pretty much the same, long relaxing massage followed by the options.

In summary I liked Executive better but would definitely recommend Monte Carlo. Prices are higher than Zona Norte and Revolucion ($140 after options) but reasonable for 60 minutes and good for a change of pace.

2nd opinions

MC got potential but got a lot of things very wrong. 1st the taxi driver reward. Satisfy your customers and you don't need the reward. In case you haven't read my trip report, the driver pretend not to know where Executive is and drive me to MC even I throw him the written address. He escort me up right up to the door in the 2nd floor. MC took part in creating the confusion, their stationary and maybe even their shop front has the word Executive. Maybe they are just copying LA where the MP names are highly recycled without trade mark problems.

They asked me for $47 an hour, extra is $40, $80 and $120. Not realistic for the inherent limitations in MC. They have a price board at the door but they don't use it anymore, at least at the time.

I got a choice of 6 bikini girls around 2 pm. They lineup neatly and marched back together in sync. But I doubt if the place can hold 12 girls all at once. Did they show you 6 after 6?

By the way, their way of telling you 6 or 12 girls' name isn't right, even telling you twice. I have to use the LA system, number 1 to 6.

The massage table is about 2 ft wide, and tall - you have to climb up a bit. I doubt even if it can hold the big girls steady by herself. The room felt like 4 ft wide, but probably 6 ft is more like it. If you don't like the idea of mixed double gymnastics, the wooden horse, don't even think about extras.

The in room shower corner is so small that you have to see to believe it. The shower looked clean enough for me, but if you, like the girl, don't want to sit down or touch the shower walls, it will be very difficult and awkard to do.

The girls are quite good looking at first, all are quite tall, a few over 5'8? I find the selection a bit strange, at least 2 white girls, at least 1 white latina, and even the Asian is quite white, the rest are similarly white. Most looked well equipped - legs, breast, hips. Hotgentle, you weren't really ripped-off, you just weren't clued in to the monger path you were traveling. For the most part, the days of $20/30 tips for extras have long been over in Tijuana MPs. There were a number of lower tier joints that catered to that trade years ago that have either been closed down or gone underground. The remaining visible MPs in TJ like Monte Carlo (and New Body too for that matter) are staffed by generally very hot chicas who expect tips of $80-100 to get busy with a full service agenda. They'll quote higher like the $160 you were hit with, but $80-100 is the going rate. Some will cave in to a tough bargainer because they make zero dollars if they don't get tipped, but they will think of you as a major codo creep who got over on them because they were desperate for your money. That won't result in an enjoyable session.

The good news is that the zona MPs (El Campamiento & Mermaids) now offer package deals for $100 if you ask - they probably won't suggest it if you don't show that you know about the package deals. That includes massage and FS for an hour - no tips required, though a few chicas will go outlaw and still request additional money.

If you just want an inexpensive legit massage with no extras go to Azteca.

Btw, have you been to New Body before? If so, have you negotiated satisfactory extras for $20 or $30 there?
