...what do you do if you want to pick up and few items (i.e; purchases from a pharmacy, etc.) Do you have any suiggestions on where to store your stuff while spending time at the clubs? We don't plan to stay overnight. And does anyone know how late the pharmacies are open? We are planning to head across the border around 9-9:30 next Thursday night. Too late?

Either carry it with you, or buy it just before you head back.
Many pharmacies are open late; some are open 24/7.

Thanks curious! I was hoping that some were open late. Do you know any specific name and address of a 24 hour pharmacy? Or should I just ask the cabbie on our way out of the clubs?

There is a chain of pharmacies in TJ called "La Roma". They are open 24/7 and take all major credit cards including American Express.
They have several locations in town but I don't know if they have one in El Centro or La Zona.
