This recently opened up almost directly across from the Sgs at the Mini hotel almost directly across from Margarita.
It is west of the Najara hotel on the south side of the street.
A monger friend and I ate breakfast here late Sat early Sunday and it was very tasty.
I had huevos and jamon.
It came with a very good celery soup? Better than the kind you get in the USA at Chinese restaurantes with Lunch specials.
It also came with a small dish of tasty white rice and tasty beans.
Even the hot corn tortillas were good and the chips to start us off were as well
ALl this was a meager 25 pesos!!!!!!
The restaurant has a big juke box, is very spacious with high ceilings and reminds me a bit of the former Lamonica's NY Pizza in Westwood and Brentwood but much wider.
Very clean as well, good service but no one in there with us.
Mi amigo says usually all zona restaurant serve good breakfast but at 25 pesos I don't need to check any place else out.
I guess lunch and dinner might not be as good but I cannot comment yet.
