A chica who works out of the Las Chavelas recently told me she is seriously thinking about changing jobs and submitting an application to go work at Adelitas, as work in Las Chavelas is just continuously slow.

She added her only concern was, chicas who work the PM/night shift at AB have to pull in about FIFTEEN guys per shift. (She only does two or three guys per shift at the Las Chavelas, which is her nightly quota for being kept continuosly employed in the bar)

She said she didn't mind the ficha hustle, as it's part of the management/chica agreement, but continuous sex with more than say, six or seven guys per shift can be a little draining on her.

I heard from friends in the past (veteran mongers) that chicas who work at AB, especially on weekends, have to (through management pressure)do at least eight guys per shift, along with hustling ficha drinks.

Can any of you veteran AB mongers confirm the figures for me? What is the average daily amount of "Johns" a chica is expected to do per shift? I'm more concerned with the weekend numbers. Who gets the most business, and what's the highest amount of client anyone has ever seen one AB chica do in one shift?

I haven't been to Tijuana since 1999, so I may not know what the fuck I'm talking about, but I can't imagine there being a quota for 'continued employment' at any of these places. It doesn't cost the club anything to have as many girls as they can cram into the place, so why place a limit?

I am sure that there are rules, and the girls are encouraged to rack up the fichas, but (and this name is for you veterans) I can't help but think of good ol' 'Titzilla'. I don't think that I EVER saw her leave the bar with a customer, but she was ALWAYS working the club.

There is no fuckin way a chica is goiong to do 15 guys nite, that would be over 200 month, 2000 yr. come-on get real. Obviously as long as they are generating income for the house no one cares as there are freelancers.........

15 a night happens, but no one averages it. How can this poster be duped into believing his friend had a quota in Las Chavelas? Hell that is a bar where lots of chicas don't go up once in a day. I can't even imagine how the chica had the nerve to try to make him believe it. I guess she got over on him.
