I arrived just ahead of another late-winter storm in the second full week of March with a determination of making this my most efficient trip to La Zona in terms of time and money.
I arrived at 8:10AM and parked at the Leyva. In just a couple of hours I would determine if I was going to take a room there, the El Porton, or the Edwardo based on which girls were out that I wanted.
A quick walk around La Zona at that early hour resulted in my finding Sandy as the best candidate for my first pent-up pop of the trip.
