In quite a few topics, there is a reocurring theme that a good number of bar chicas are drug users. Would like to hear from everyone on their opinion referencing chica drug use. I'd like to limit this to only bar girls (ie. Adelita, Miami, CC, HK, etc).

This has been discussed here ad nauseum. Do a search, and read the threaded board archives. What you will find is that almost no two people agree on the amount of drug use.

But...we all agree that there is drug use. I have found that the ones that deny it the most are usually the more likely culprits. Awhile back, the floor show at Pollo Bar was hilarious because the chicas could barely stand...let alone dance. Some fellow mongers and I were almost on the floor laughing as one certain chica took a good 2-3 minutes just trying to unhook her bikini bottem (yes...bottem!) from her highheel shoe as she (tried to) dance.

The zona (and Revo bars too) is as much about drugs as it is about sex. The dudes consume the sex, and the chicas consume the drugs. The sex is out in the open, the drugs are usually handled more discreetly.

And I agree with Aardvark on that "denial" factor. The other night at AB I was drinking with a chica who insisted that she was 100% drug free. She also insisted that the beer I bought for her was her first of the night - I had already seen her drink several with her previous customer!

This is not to say that every chica or even necessarily a majority of them are doing or abusing drugs...I have no opinion on that. But they are rampant, and there isn't a chica, mesero, bathroom attendant or hotel worker who couldn't hook you up in a flash.

I don't know anything about the drug usage but after a session at AB, someone forgot a bag of drugs and the chica asked me if it were mine. On negative response, she had a sly smile and grabbed bag.
Chicas openly tell me they do not use drugs without being asked so I can only assume it is consumed in ZN.

I don't know about NA, but AA is worse that the so-called "disease". With AA, you basically replace one addiction with another(the group). Shit, if things get bad enough, it is time to quit drinking, pure and simple. AA tries to tell you that you are "powerless", and that only a "higher power"(and the group) can save you... and you've got to "keep coming back". And now the fucking government is forcing anyone who gets a 502 to go to AA meetings. What ever happened to the seperation of church and state?!

Anyway, I better cool it, because the AA, anti-AA thing will cause ANOTHER huge disagreement...

I was in Pelicano a few weeks ago, and the chica I was with asked my permission to take off for 5 minutes to buy some drugs.

She did come back, but then disappeared into the ladies room for a long, long time.

Other than the fat doorgirl, all the girls are dancers at Pelicano - they are pretty much all crystal fiends, as well.

This place amazes me - they usually only have 2-3 girls a shift. The girls dance 3 songs a set, and are totally "bossy" to whomever is the DJ. They are always playing the same songs over and over again. That is what quickly drove me out of this place - the monotony. I was a regular for the first few months(they have Pacifico beer too), but it gets old fast.

These girls all get mucho exercise, and are heavily into crank, but there are no anorexic-looking chicks in there - so I've got to believe that they would be HUGE if allowed to regress to a natural state.

This is one of the few bars were you have a legitimate chance to actually have "fucked 'em all", because there are so few of the girls(5-6), there is very little turnover, and the girls are all "fuckable" - that is to say, I would be willing to fuck them.

It used to be that you could fuck them in the private booths upstairs, but they've cut back on that(at least they did), because some "health inspector" caught someone with their pants down up there.

One of the girls likes bananas - and I don't mean just for eating. HINT: She also will let you lick her pussy lips on stage.

Thank you for the input on this ad nauseum topic. Last night I was at the Tropical checking out my favorita who does mainly fichas. I asked her if she would spend next weekend with me in Rosarito Beach. She said she would...no mention of money yet. I told her I'd buy her dinner and treat her to a real date and good time. My main apprehension is I don't want to go spend a weekend with a closet dope fiend. I may end up with my wallet emptied or some other trouble which I don't need down south.

My experience with the chicas in BT is that few do drugs. But some do, you can be sure of that. If your amiga is recently arrived, you're probably OK.

As for the Pelicano, any reports on Michelle from Monterey (the chica with the tattoo on her lower back) would be greatly appreciated.

I can atest to the girls doing drugs at the Revo bars for sure. It is so rampant that it is out in the open if you walk in the bathrooms or look in the darker corners of the clubs. Had a lap dance at Rio Rita a few weeks ago and the girl took off for a minute, and when she came back there was white powder all over her nose and upper lip. She was so high, she was losing control, IMO.

One correction: when I say that 'few' of the chicas at Bar Tropical do drugs, its important to remember that there are LOTS of chicas at BT. So, a fly on the wall in the chica's bano would still see quite a bit of drug use among the chicas.

A few years back, maybe two or so, I was sitting with a girl in Tropical. All of a sudden she goes into her purse and pulls out a little baggie. She takes the drug out (crystal in this case) and lines it up right there on the freakin' table and starts snorting it up her nose in front of the whole bar. She then hands the rolled up dollar bill to me and tells me to do a line. I declined.

Drugs are a part of the bars, make no mistake about it.

You have to take into account your appearance, looking like Cleak Gable or as I commented a lot like a priest I know, I would think the girls would be less likely to own up to the fact they do drugs to you.

OTOH, I've had girls you would never have thought did anything like that break out the light bulb in the room, light it right up and hand it to me...I declined natch.

Also are you including the more casual users? I know a lot of girls who don't do it much but as one said "if someone has some for free, si".

No question that drugs are part of the bar scene. I'm just saying that there are less drugs at BT, than, say Miami or Chaveles.

Methanphetamine is the biggest think on the streets of TJ. CRANK, CRYSTAL, ICE, It is all there any form or combination of it. I once had a waiter hold an eight ball of crystal in his hand an offer it to me for pennies.
On my last trip, I called a friend of a friend to say hi to her, she asked me to come by on my way to Rosarito and with the other mongers in the car, I stop by her hotel, Oh! My god her room was a shit hole and there was paraphenillia everywhere, I couldn't help but to ask if she needed help, she replied by asking for $20 for some ICE, I declined to give her the money. This was not the kind of help that I had in mind. This girl was a nice girl and now she is a Junkie, what a waste. On my way out of the room I bumped in to a box and broke a light bulb that was on top of it, she seem upset, it turns out she was using the bulb as a pipe. I asked another girl about all the drug use and she said many chicas are doing this shit now.

You guys got me scared now! I have been in and out of these bars for the past 3-4 years and noticed very little signs of chicas using drugs. What are you experiences at the Miami Club? This place seems to be geared more toward the locals and maybe a few gringos. The girls seem to be mostly into fichas...or am I mistaken?

There are more druggie chicas at Miami than in Chaveles or Bar Tropical. I believe a lot of the chicas at Miami have novios who supply them - check out those chicas with leather jackets.

Those chicas getting off the bus at Bar Tropical definitely don't have leather jackets yet. Their priorities are making money for:

1) paying rent and comida
2) Sending pesos to family to care for babies
3) Sending pesos to family to buy the family a refridgerator
4) Buying leather jacket with money from novio
5) Buying drugs from novio

Once you see them with the leather jacket, they've been in the ZN too long.

Longnugent, as I said before, if you do a search for previous posts you will probably get a lot of useful info. Well, at least you will get a lot of opinions. I find some of them almost comicly incorrect, but their posters probably feel the same about mine.

Thanks to you Hippie and the others. I will take my favorita out to a nice weekend at Rosarito Beach. I will give you folks a detailed report on the events to come. I have another favorita segunda at Miami Bar. I noticed she does not smoke or drink much alcohol. Most of the fichas I buy her are clamato and beer. I tried giving her some coffee and she told me she does not drink caffeine. I don't think she is a doper despite what the posters have said about Miami bar. When I take her out, I'll post a detailed report as well.

Not smoking, nor drinking alcohol or much caffeine are good signs. Even in the worst bar, drug-wise, there are girls who are exceptions (OK, maybe not in Pollo). I have not spent much time in Miami in the last few months, but I do know that there are several girls there who are not into drugs, as well as a few that I know for sure are. The rest, I can't say.
