It's no secret why those who frequent this board go to Mexico, but I often hear requests for "other things to do" while south of the boarder. Or, perhaps you're looking for some place different to go with your favorita.
I ran across a posting that discusses the "Foxploration" behind the scenes studio tour at the James Cameron built 'ship of dreams', the Fox Studios in Baja that reside in Rosarito. This is where much of the 'in water' work was shot for the feature films "Titanic", and the soon to be released "Pearl Harbor".
Basic info about the tour:
Fox Studios Baja -- featuring its "Foxploration" behind-the-scenes tours -- is open to the public:
Summer Hours: Thursday through Monday,
from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Regular Hours: Thursday through Sunday,
from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Ticket Prices (which include your entrance fee as well as the guided tour):
Adults $12.00
Seniors $ 9.00
Kids 3 through 11 $ 9.00
Kids under 3 FREE

Those who are lucha libre or pro wrestling aficiandos can catch shows generally every Friday at the Auditorio Municipal de Tijuana or The Palenque. Ticket prices range from $10-20 depending on the names on the card and promotion running.
