First, a little about me, just to offer a basis of comparison. I’m 49 years old, but I’ve been told that I don’t look it. A Tale of Woe

Now for the tale of woe, and a big warning to fellow mongers with my condition. Like some men my age, I have Erectile Dysfunction. In short, what this means is, no Viagra equals no sex.

I came into TJ for the first time last Sunday. I walked from the $7.00 parking, taking the gate on the right into TJ. Right across the street from this gate is a pharmacy. I stopped in there first in order to purchase some Viagra. Much to my later dismay, I let the pharmacist talk me into purchasing the generic brand, the little yellow pills that he assured me were the exact same as Viagra, but considerably cheaper. Wanting to save the money for the girls, and thinking, well, he is a pharmacist, I took his advice and bought the cheaper pills, 4 of them, 100mg each.

Normally, I need only take one 100mg Viagra, and I’m good to go for the night. So I took one, and then walked past the line of Yellow Cabs until I found a Taxi Libre cab (more on this later), and went to AB for my very first time. Now, I had just taken my pill, and so was in no condition to do anything as yet (usually takes 40 min to an hour to kick in). So, I just sat and looked around, to get my bearings. First, for all of you newbies who may have glanced at some of the pictures on this site, those pictures do not do justice to many of these girls. There were some girls in AB that were astoundingly gorgeous. We’re talking playboy centerfold quality. They were yellow sugar pills. Don’t let this happen to you!

Things Get Better

Next night, went back to TJ, to the same Pharmacy, and this time, bought Viagra – not the generic brand, I insisted on it being real Viagra. Sure enough, a little less than an hour later, I had a nice flushy face.

After sitting around Adelita’s for a while, waiting for the medication to kick in, a girl by the name of Rosa sat next to me. Once again, this girl was playboy centerfold quality. She was about 5’ 7”, maybe 5’ 8”, brownish blond hair, an absolutely amazing rack (36D enhanced), and a very athletic body. She was wearing jeans and a top that was a bit low cut, but not overly so. Good report! If you took either Viagra or any ED meds with a full stomach, they usually do not work. You can cut the pill or pills to half size if you drink a glass of Grape fruit juice with the pill, the juice will enchance the action of the meds. I usually take it with Aspirin to reduce the flushing and Pepic AC to reduce the effect of upset stomach. The key is empty stomach.

Why try to save a buck by buying ED drugs across the border??? Just go and see your doc. Mine gave me samples of both Viagra and Cialis. While my medical insurance does not cover Cialis, I am only paying $10 for a 20mg pill, split that in half and my cost is only $5 a shot.

I suspect that Boltriprock paid more than that for his sugar pills.

So you got ripped off at a pharmacy but then went back to the same one to buy the real stuff? Did you think about going to one of the hundreds of other pharmacies instead?

Jjgettis, the self assessment has nothing to do with this post, actually. It has more to do with the second post, specifically with my interactions with Selma. Catocony, yeah I did. The Pharmacy is the one that you see just when you enter from the gate. It is a very professional looking place. Very clean. If it weren’t for the surroundings, you’d think you were in a Pharmacy in the US. Now, fake generic Viagra is common, from what I understand. Far more common than fake Viagra. And, who buys those pills? Likely, not the Pharmacist, but some purchasing agent. I told him that the pills he sold me did nothing for me, and so I got the Viagra at a major discount. Also, they are now aware, and have assured me that they won’t be getting anymore supplies from that particular vendor. I think they are legit, but they are victims of bad vendors, just like we all can be.

As to why not bring along the Viagra, instead of buying it there? Good question. I just ran out, and didn’t have time to make the appointment to get the prescription in time for the trip. When I get back home, I will do all that. It isn’t a question of saving money, it was a question of convenience. Also, there would be the embarrassing question that my wife would have “why are you so insistent on getting some Viagra just before you go to San Diego for a week? Why not just wait until you get back?”

If I remember right, any of those guys that work for tips in the bathrooms should be able to sell you some viagra. They aren't exactly pharmacists but they are about as legit as anyone else in tj.

Very rare to find real dick meds in TJ. I have purchased Cialis from 6 different locations where they were esentially sugar pills and these were bought in Pharmacies that were large and considered reputable. Anything you buy in Revo regarding dick meds can be assured to be fake. The only place that sells real dick meds in TJ are the pharmacies attached to grocery store chains(Gigante, Ley) or Costco.

With regards to your self assessment. My God, the fact that you use breath mints and have shiny shoes should ensure that you get real dick meds. Next time just find a young hottie and make sure she gives you the real deal. Just say, "Look, I know you think I look 25 but the reality is that I am near 50 but I use breath mints, am extremely hygienic, have expensive slacks and realy shiny shoes. As a result, I am hoping you will go out with me and give me real dick meds."

Of course the pharmacist knew he gave you fake meds. Of course the girl you took up fucks anyone and everyone. Of course she lets them eat her out if they want to. Basically, from the minute you walk through the turnstiles into Mexico until you walk past immigration and customs when you come back, just assume that most Mexicans you meet are trying to make a buck off of you and have no problems lying to you if it helps the buck-getting process. Just reread your report. Your only 49 and you have such a severe case of ED that if you dont take Viagra, you cant get a hard on?!!! Do you have some other medical issues? Like Diabetes or something?

I realise as I get older, I cant fuck 4-5 times a day anymore. Many times, after so many encounters, I might be able to get an erection but I wont have an orgasm. That ED stuff scares the hell out of me, I wonder if there is anything a man can do to reduce the chances of having ED.

I'm down to one easy erection and nut per session, with on the hour programs an optional second that is a semi-chub situation with a handjob or BJ. Definitely no second fuck per hour. With about 4-hours rest I can repeat as needed. Thumper, that is correct. I will be 50 in February, and yes, I can be in a room with the most beautiful woman in the world, and her begging for it, and if I don’t take Viagra, I won’t get even a semi-hard on. This is exactly what happened with Horny in the above post. Perhaps it is true that there are more beautiful girls in other places (don’t know, never been there), but I’m here to tell you, Horny was an incredibly beautiful young lady. Diversity, I know, it was just plain stupid of me. I didn’t need to save the money, and truthfully, didn’t care about saving money. The reason it is there is for the following episode…

(I posted this, but it didn’t get posted for some reason, so I’ll repeat the important stuff here).

If this was all an act, I don’t see the harm in it. I got what I wanted, a GFE session (except no French kissing). I wasn’t ripped off. I was not the victim of some elaborate con as near as I can tell. I really enjoyed the whole experience, and will gladly repeat next time I’m in TJ.

Of course you overspent wildly and reading this report will cause much discomfort among the old school cheap charlies on the board who get upset even over modest once a decade price boosts that a chica or taxi driver might dare to impose on customers. All that really matters is that you have fun all along the way, and if you return to TJ you can conform your spending habits to the norms if you wish and you probably will be better off doing that - but I won't go into the specifics of that subject.

The chica you were with who I don't know is "Horny" - I'm fairly sure this is not a name that anybody actually uses at CC, just a failure to communicate. But I can't place a chica that fits the description and I have put in alot of time at CC recently.

Rosa sounds very much like a chica I've known for many years at AB who I call Rosie. She is also older than the typical AB chica - probably in her late 30's now but she is well preserved with an attractive face and very tight body. She's a solid performer as you found out, and sorry to say, she is probably the best actress in TJ when it comes to feigning her own pleasure. The subject of chicas getting off in the room is another one that requires its own special treatment so I'll leave this one alone too except to say that nobody will convince me that chicas ever give the slightest thought to their own sexual pleasure in high volume environments like AB with the rarest of exceptions. Now Salma is a total piece of work and it is rare that an older newbie gringo can escape her grasp on a trip to HK. She is the new Gringo Newbie Shark - ascending to the title long held by Angela at AB. Angela is still around doing her thing but AB has changed so much during her long reign that she's no longer in the equation.

You've described Salma perfectly upstairs and downstairs. She is a cutie but is past prime and with that mothers' body. I believe she has lived in the U.S. and had at least one baby with a gringo customer and she approaches every new gringo as a potential boyfriend. However, she really doesn't have enough of the right stuff to suck in the PLM types so she ends up making lots of amigos but very few devotees. If she sees you are a veteran who doesn't fall for the novia approach, she will adjust to whoever you are and whatever you want at whatever price you want to pay. Thus she tends to extremely undercut the prices that other HK chicas charge.

If she approaches me I'll always pay her some attention and some money in the form of a tip or a ficha or two, but I am not interested in going to the room with her. But she knows I'm a pervert so she'll make an offer to take her to the room for $30-40 and provide BBBJCIM - this is really her specialty, but once in the room she'll try to get me and I'm sure most of her other customers off during intercourse before we can toss the condom and fill her mouth with la leche. I find her especially talented at doggie and it can be tough for me to survive for that porno video finish that was my original enticement to go to the room with her.

And it is just like her, and possibly ONLY her to suggest that she's been overpaid and offer to return a portion of the overage. She's genuine, but she's also smart enough to know how appreciated such a gesture will be and that it will likely build loyalty. She could teach this lesson to 70% of the AB/CC/HK chicas who are programmed to take as much as they can and give as little as possible - without a thought to the possibility that they are discouraging repeat business.

As to having dinner with her, you are bringing up the most discussed subject in the history of the TJ posting community - i.e. does the chica really like me? Want to date me? Etc. Etc. Etc.

I won't go near it now other than to say that TJ simulates picking up a "real girl" in "real life" and 98.9% of the time monger illusions are fed and inflated by canny chicas for economic advantage, and later deflated leaving a trail of big hurt and gigantic economic losses, or worse - the monger and chica really do make a commitment to each other for which there is no rational basis - no hint of fundamental compatability - gigantic language, age and cultural gaps to close. In reality, two lost souls who don't really even have a clue to who the other one is.

Veterans who speak a decent degree of Spanish and hunt in bars away from the gringo havens like AB can enjoy the benefits of simulated relationships with adorable young chicas without getting into trouble or at least too much trouble. But the best approach is to maintain perspective that you are engaging in a business transaction that can have a pleasing personal side. By all means go to dinner with Salma and others, but at this stage think about the chicas as "amigas" and don't entertain any deeper notions that they may try to tempt you with.

Thanks for the info. I have to agree with you on Rosa (Rosie). She gave an excellent performance, and the view was magnificent, but at no time did I ever consider the whole affair anything more than a business transaction on her part. Did she truly enjoy herself? If she did, great. It’s always good to enjoy ones work. If she didn’t, well then she acted the part well, and that was good enough for me, and most important, she gave me my money’s worth. The point is, whether she did or didn’t doesn’t really matter. At no time did I ever get the feeling that there was any kind of emotional bond, nor did I expect one to form. I got exactly what I paid for, had a great time getting it, and am well satisfied with the result.

Interesting info on Selma, and thanks (and yes, she told me the same thing about living in the US and having an American ex-husband). I suspected it was something like that. It just took me by surprise is all. Believe me, I have no intention or desire of forming any type of emotional bond with any of the girls in TJ, apart from a “business friendship.” As long as the young lady gives me what I want, and satisfies my desires, I can be a repeat customer. Same goes with cars, or computers, or any other service or product that I buy. I’ll go back to the provider that treats me right and gives me good service at a fair price. I did? I was under the impression that 60.00 per half hour was standard. Hence, 120.00 for an hour was also standard. That’s the impression I got from reading the posts on this board, at any rate. I don’t regret spending the money. I got what I wanted, and was well satisfied with the price I paid for it. Nevertheless, as I said above, I don’t want to just throw money away if I don’t need to. What is the standard price, then, for a half hour with a girl in TJ? For an hour?

Ah, the taxi’s. It brings up an interesting little antidote. From reading on this board, I knew not to use the Yellow Cabs. From my very first night in TJ, I walked right past the Yellow Cabs and went for Taxi Libre. Never had to haggle, was always 5.00 total for the trip. Was never told AB is closed, or wouldn’t you rather go here, or anything like that. I only paid more once, and that was because I asked him to take me on a little detour, to get a tee-shirt at the Hard Rock Café. Yeah, I know, typical tourist thing. I had him wait for me while I went in to purchase my souvenir. I figured it was worth the 1.00 tip I gave him (my choice, he didn’t ask for it).

However, the last night I was there, I came out of AB and was ready to head for home. I hailed down a Taxi Libre cab in front of AB and got in. Then, we were stopped by what I thought was a policeman (turned out to be a security guard.) The security guard and the taxi driver argued quite a while in Spanish (about 15 minutes). Turns out, he wasn’t supposed to pick me up in front of AB. He was supposed to drive to the corner, and could only pick up customers there. The front of AB is reserved for Yellow Cabs. This, despite the fact that I hailed him specifically. I chose him. Does the customer’s preference have nothing to do with it? Apparently not. Kinda ticked me off, actually. If I had wanted a Yellow Cab, I would have gotten into a Yellow Cab. Why should I, the paying customer, have to walk to the corner just to get the cab of my preference? Interestingly enough, the taxi driver told me elections are coming up, and one of the people running for office hates Yellow Cab, and has promised to break their monopoly. The taxi driver told me he thought the guy had a good chance of winning. Hope he does. Too much concentrated power anyplace is a bad thing.

Re overspending: Mea Culpa, I misread your original report. I thought you were paying $120 for 30 minutes. $120 for an hour falls within the norm but most other than the highest volume trophy chicas will "discount" for the hour session...$100 is a good deal.

Re taxis: AB somehow gets away having this special arrangement with Yellow Taxi wherein they take ownership of the sidewalk, curb, and street immediately adjacent to the club. If you want a Taxi Libre just walk 20 yards east past AB (towards Constitucion) and one after another will drive up to you. Once you reach and cross Constitucion they are in plentiful supply and nothing AB can or will do about it. Do not walk west of AB looking for Taxi Libres since the next club in that direction, Las Chevales seems to have a similar deal with Taxi Libre as AB does with Yellow. The catch is that these Libre drivers in front of LC don't use their meters and often quote extortion prices to la linea.

Technically, the Libres should run only on their meters and the night fare to the border should usually run just short of 30 pesos. On the rare instances that I cab to the border (I almost always drive into TJ and park at the hotel I stay at), I will just give them $4 and get out whether they use the meter or not (many outlaw drivers don't use the meter with gringos in the cab). I use Taxi Libre back and forth to my hotel (away from the zona) and other TJ destinations. If the guy doesn't use the meter I just pay what I know the trip should cost on the meter - I do not discuss money or negotiate. Rarely has a driver given me an argument.

Same rule applies to bar chicas - if you are willing to pay at least the going rate, there is no need to discuss money or negotiate. A newbie asking "how much?" only encourages an inflated quote from most chicas....and cab drivers.

BTW, unfortunately I am not the fucking goddamn bastard who is 35 years old - I believe your are referring to Goodlife who also responded to your TR (damn straight I'm envious). I am older than you - 55 to be exact. I discovered mongering and TJ for the first time in my life at the ripe old age of 44. I've been enjoying TJ for 11 years and never close to as much as the present (except for the pinche policia, but that is another story to be saved for another post). I thought I had topped out about 5 years ago, but it keeps getting better and better for me. If bliss kills, I am very near the end.

If you have decently easy and inexpensive access to TJ, work on your Spanish, keep up with the internet TJ forums especially to become aware of how to minimize the negative aspects, and keep coming down with the expectation of better and better experiences.
