Have only a little info. If you take the International Road towards Playas, but don't exixt Playas. Exit on Road for Rosarito Libre and you will see it on left next to Pemex.

Regular room 400 pesos
Jacuzzi 700 pesos
Presidential 900 pesos

Presidential is not available and has "moving" jacuzzi, whatever that means.

For now the rooms are overnight even on weekends, but would expect that to change.

Taxi driver said it would be a $10 fare to the Motel from Centro or the Border.
