What is all the fuss about La Tropa? Seems like an OK place to grab a beer, and hang out quietly with friends, but other than that, there never seems to be much going on. And it is a bit out of the way, compared to the other places.

There are times when the selection is better in La Tropa than in the CC, and younger too. And then there are the usual times when there is nothing in LT, not even a dog.
