Not all details are in but the venue, date and time is set.
Raffle will be $10 each ticket, 3 for $20 and 20 for $100
Among the prizes will be 2 dates with Team Juanita escorts(1 hour service)
First 200 beers are free
All proceeds go to the orphanage to assist in tuition, supplies and uniforms for the school year
Now I have visited with Amo about the venue and the date, and we are set there. Amo is working on getting carne asada bor a bbq, and we are looking for sponsors for the beer. The same guys generally pitch in each time, but we would really appreciate some new people getting involved. The 200 beers have been negotiated to $200 and probably another $100 would go along way to pay for the carne asada, tortillas, etc.
No one needs to foot the entire bill, but if a few guys can put in $50 that would go along way.
As far as volunteers, I would love someone to handle the sale of the raffle tickets and the dough. Amo will handle the raffle money afterwards. I believe we have about $1500 or $1600 in the bank at this point and the costs of the school year run around $5000. We generally run short, but if we can come up with another $2000 that night, it would go a long way to helping the kids with their expenses.
When we do present the money to the orphanage anyone is welcome to go on that day. Normally it is done on a Friday as Amo has to leave early Saturday AM to return to work.
If you can help in any respect please feel free to PM me or Amo. No need to do it on this thread.
As far as the party is concerned. No donation is necessary, and all lurkers and newbies are welcome. You do not need to share your handle with anyone if you like to remain anonymous. Bring friends if you like, and often guys bring their favoritas or girlfriends.
Hope to see you all and I am sure we will have a nice time. I heard today from Striking Viking and he intends on attending. He is a great guy and very approachable.
Not to downplay this fiesta, but I look to have another in August that I will fund, so I would like to keep my expenses down to the free escorts in the raffle if at all possible.

This fiesta will be held at Club Premier on Rev just North of Articulo 123 and South of Coahuila.

The fiesta is this Saturday. We could still use more raffle items...even gag gifts if anyone has anything to offer that would be great.
